It took me 3 times to get the ads remove for free. There isn't an option on my amazon account to pay and get the ads removed. Therefore, I contacted the customer service. The first two times I was asking for a free ads removal, but they won't do it. The third time I was offering to pay while being very nice and was hoping they would do it for free. I gave them permission to charge me and everything. Eventually, they did for free.
