Let me break this trial down for you guys in layman's terms: Think of a sports league - any sports league out there (NFL,NBA,MLB,NHL), Now think of the absolute worst team in one of those leagues. That is literally how BAD the prosecution's witnesses are. I have never in my life witnessed such a sham. I don't understand how this case was allowed to happen. But of course, when the referee (judge) is clearly trying to rig the game in favor of one team, you understand why. The defence is playing a beautiful strategy and they barely have to try. No one person in this case knows any about Colin Albert his wear-abouts his participation in anything like a b/d celebration for Brian Albert jr & no one knows what he did at this house during the time he was inside #34. No one knows who gives this kid Colin a ride & no one knows what time he left the house, through which front door . No one knows if Colin was drinking alcohol to celebrate not know if he house upstairs or in bsmt or bathroom - Why was he even present , did he go outdoors in backyard? No one knows -

Karen didn’t want to drop him off that night. That’s what caused the fight. Karen, upon arriving to 34 Fairview, didn’t feel comfortable going in since they weren’t formally invited. John wanted to go in. Karen would have nothing of it. She pulled up 10 feet as John tried to exit the truck, preventing him from exiting. She pulls forward another 30 feet as John tried to exit once again. John finally gets out as Karen was driving forward again, this time faster. Karen was irate. She immediately put in reverse and floored it, hitting John in the head as he tried to diving away, backing over him and fracturing his skull and creating the lacerations. John, on his knees, crawls 10 feet into the yard, collapses onto his back. Karen got out to see what she had done and saw the extent of his injuries. She gets back in her car, does a 3-point turn and gets the hell outta dodge. Obviously, she can’t sleep so she tries to sober up for four hours and concocts a plan to call her friends so they can all find him, not just her alone. I hope she gets 30 years. What she has accused the Albert family alone would be worthy of that sentence.
So Yanetti fails in epic fashion to prove Caitlyn is good friends w Katie McLaughlin so in desperation he goes for Plan B: Try to make Caitlyn look like a mean girl by saying to her “In fact you don’t really LIKE Katie McLaughlin do you Ms Albert”? Desperate times calls for desperate measures.😂😂😂

Not as savvy as she believed she’d be-a terrible actress, if the Albert’s, McCabe’s, Adam Lally﹠Michael Morrissey @NorfolkDA had only Caitlyn Albert’s testimony to convince the jury of the falsified story, they’d all be screwed for sure.
Caitlin Albert did a great job despite the bullying & manipulative questions by Yanetti. If I’m on the jury- it sure isn’t the Alberts that I’m finding shady as hell.
What a terrible way to spend your final days free in a damn courtroom. I think KR is guilty, but i do thonk theres a chance she gets off. If they find ger guilty and she has the time i think she will swallow a bottle of pills. I dont think KR faces the jail time. The irony is she orchestrated this circus, yet has to sit there all quiet.

I do think the most damning evidence was her behavior that morning. I think they implied she was " over- acting." Still , so far i dont see any possible way they convict her. Even if she is guilty? Too many inconsistencies.... The only way this entire situation could get worse for the family. This shit show so far, then the person responsible getting off......
