Just amazing all round. It appeared obvious at times which was the fake leg but then a number of times he threw us off. The music, the act the variety of tricks all perfect. Loved this.
I've seen all the multiple-leg acts in the US and in Europe from 1960 on. I've seen Milton-pede the thousand-legged man, Ten-Foot Jerry Lang, Gladys Wilson-Tate, the Spider-Woman, Ben Octopus Reilly, and all the other greats. This man managed to do with 3 legs what Frank Charles couldn't do with a dozen. He can write his own ticket on the multi-limb circuit.
It's a simple illusion but that execution is divine. I've seen a few multi-leg acts but this is the first one that truly pulled off the optical illusion. I have no idea what you're using for the third leg but the mechanics of it must be pretty intricate, well done.
I thought my dress shoes were expensive, imagine having to find a center shoe 🙃 The sleight of hand, the puppetry, and the pantomime are amazing and the physicality of the piece is on another level.
Amazing. I'd say that we really gotta give Alex Adler a hand, but if we did that would probably create another ten minute routine with three hands. Stunningly good.
The act is so insanse and elegantly done. I can only agree with what Penn said (from the full episode, going beyond this clip). Fooling the two masters is one thing, but the presentation is out of this world!
Very cool act! Like Teller "said", the best part wasn't proving that all three were real, but it was proving that all three were fake. Had me guessing which ones were real the whole time. Penn had a lot of good things to say about you, well deserved! Congrats on being on the show!
Being a magic dilettante (amateur), I can "see" the sheer artistry and craft involved in this totally amazing performance. I agree with Penn's assessment that if a trophy should be given for performance, Axel's act would run away with it. Till now I am amazed at the alacrity and dexterity in the leg switches. Kudos. You got a fan!
I absolutely love this act! There have been various other three-legged acts (Jake the Pegg, Rudy Coby etc.) but they all tend to wear long coats. This is so cleverly constructed (both as a theatrical piece and the leg) - and as P&T point out, the trick is to present all the legs as fake, not just a fake leg as real. Really want to see the four-arm routine and a two head routine now!
I had the pleasure to see this number in Madrid ON LIVE before the pandemic, and I can ensure after attend to many magician shows that this is one of the most impacting and very disruptive tricks I had the pleasure to see on a liveshow! Totally different to whatever you saw before and vey enjoyable if you can see it at 10meters far!
Out of left field and wonderful. I do some close up and have never been crazy about performing to music, but when I see others excel at it, I get the itch. This is a fantastic trick!
Welp, I guess somebody's "PuppetBoy" woke up again. Somewhere, in a galaxy far, far away, a Labman is watching amazed .... (PS) Love the comedy in his routine. I will share this to my social media !!!
This is a classic use of hands technique created back in the 40's. Carnival scene. My grandfather was a carnie and stories he told were so entertaining we sat around him on Saturday nights... Although he knew all the parlor tricks he never spilled the beans about them, it's the code magicians follow.
Where is the Penn & Teller reaction / their review? I want to know what they thought, and whether they were fooled!
... there is no way they were fooled by this lol.
Every time i thought one of them was fake, he just threw a curve ball at me. I'm thoroughly impressed.
Messi is doing magic now 😄
Ikr
I think he only has one real leg and two fake legs
@@DoseofScienceDoS At the end i was thinking no real legs so might be on to something
hope he broke a leg... or two...
The truth is that he has four, but he's very good at keeping one of them hidden.
what i love about this is that i have NEVER seen a trick even remotely similar. glad to see the magic world is still being innovative
That finale showing "all the legs" were fake was just fantastic. Loved this trick!
what? Pretty sure only one was fake, or does this actually have no legs?
Just amazing all round. It appeared obvious at times which was the fake leg but then a number of times he threw us off. The music, the act the variety of tricks all perfect. Loved this.

This was maddeningly confusing because I know good and damn well there is something incredibly simple going on somewhere. Brilliant performance.
Is it weird that this performance almost gave me a third leg?
Bloody well done.
Hahaha 💪 that's my favourite comment of 2022!! 👍😂🤛
youtube should hold rewards for comments like this one
Well if ur a male then u already have one, though a lil bit shorter 🤭

It really appears he has two fake legs and one real leg
He has 2 real legs, 3 fake legs.
he has two real legs, the other one is his THIRD leg 😏
His "third leg" is so big it has a knee... less like magic and more like magic Mike.
@@seeps9353 this guy gets it
I thought my dress shoes were expensive, imagine having to find a center shoe 🙃
The sleight of hand, the puppetry, and the pantomime are amazing and the physicality of the piece is on another level.
I didn’t pay attention until reading this commend, but it looks like he has 2 left shoes and 1 right shoe 🤔
Maybe he alternates.
the sleight of "Leg" you mean
I guess we aren't supposed to know if he fooled them? Lame.
Original, creative and deceptive. I loved this!!!! One of my favorite acts so far on P&T!
This is amazing!! and you can tell Teller was touched by this brilliant performance too!!!
its so up Penne and Tellers street
What in gods name did I just watch!? This is brilliant! Who wakes up and thinks of I’ll do a third leg magic trick?
Amazing. I'd say that we really gotta give Alex Adler a hand, but if we did that would probably create another ten minute routine with three hands. Stunningly good.
great performance showing how timing and choregraphy is essential to any magic routine
I don’t think this guy is from planet Earth😄 I’ve never seen anything like this before in my entire life here. What a great magic trick 😄
Phenomenal act! So original and beautiful
Beautiful... its hard to see such beautiful acts these days...! Appreciate it...!
The act is so insanse and elegantly done. I can only agree with what Penn said (from the full episode, going beyond this clip). Fooling the two masters is one thing, but the presentation is out of this world!
Did he fool them?
I'm guessing not, but I'm sure they were as impressed as we are.
I loved every second! Want to see more!
I freaking LOVED this performance and was TOTALLY baffled!! It's weird...it's bizarre...and a little intriguing....but I couldn't stop watching!
Right up Penn & Teller's alley.
Wow! Congratulations for this show! Thank you for these 3 magical minutes
Although I followed the fake leg the whole way through, I was still entertained enough to watch it twice in a row.
Crikey that is brilliant, Genius, Creative and Hilarious!! Delightful to watch!
Very cool act! Like Teller "said", the best part wasn't proving that all three were real, but it was proving that all three were fake. Had me guessing which ones were real the whole time. Penn had a lot of good things to say about you, well deserved! Congrats on being on the show!
Wow! A very unique and mesmerizing performance 🤯
Don't watch this when you are high
That was bonkers insanely impressive, he just kept dialing it up, and up and up, what an inspired performance 👏👏
Not the most mystifying feat, but a really clever idea, very well executed. And lots of fun to watch!
Unique and whimsical. Thank you for it, Axel!
Those are very mystifying feet!
@@markfdesimone beat me to it. 😂
Holy moly this is one of the most imaginative, creative and fabulous magic i have seen.
where's the ending?
Wow what an awesome show and a never seen before illusion. This is my new favourite illusion.
Isn't obvious? That one right there is fake! No.. that one. Stop moving it, it's the third one right there
I like it, visually pleasing and original.
i thought i had it figured out like 6 different times, and then he would change it completely, that was genuinely amazing!!!!
What a different and incredibly awesome act!
Kudos. They should have such a trophy for favorite acts. Just having Penn and Teller say that you are great probably opens doors for people.
@Axel Adler
This is one of the greatest things I've ever seen. Brilliant.
I've loved this piece for many years now. Axel is a genius.
What a performance 👍🏻👍🏻. Just briliant. Left me completely speechless.
We just all watched a man play with his third leg.
Ok I'm tripped right out watching that, well done

One of the most enjoyable acts of the long standing terrific series. Bravo.
1.4 million views at this moment congratulations your talent deserves to be seen
Astounding. And so much fun! Effortlessly performed, even though it must be incredibly demanding.
This is absolutely amazing. I couldn't wait for the end of the video to comment.

Thats a great routine. I've watched a lot of acts on this show, and this is one of my favorites for sure.
I just saw tonight in real, trust me it is amazing !
What a great act. Strange and different. And a nice „Twin Peaks“-reference in the music.
But hear me out honey, I quitting my job and becoming the 3 Legged Man!
This was one of the most magical routines on FU I have seen. And I have seen all of the episodes available on YT :-)
My brain hurts! Bravo
I did not expect to be so entertained, pretty brilliant!
Out of left field and wonderful. I do some close up and have never been crazy about performing to music, but when I see others excel at it, I get the itch. This is a fantastic trick!
As usual: unique, beautiful and brilliant.
This is trippy!! Love the performance so much!❤
Damn that was a hell of an act 😮 very creative 👏
What he's doing is excellent. Try not to ruin the magic and just enjoy this amazing performance.
Reminds me of the Rudy Coby act from the early 1990s, but taken to a whole new level. Nicely done!
This is just amazingly fun to watch.
It's so awesome seeing how artistically awesome you've come along. I still remember your Arrows routine fondly!
That was one of the greatest things I have ever seen!! Brilliant! 😀
Brilliant music
It is very entertaining. Watched it again and again, great show.
Somewhere, someone is missing a shoe.
I can do the same thing, except I don’t wear a shoe on the end of mine.
If I ever see you show up to a three legged race I'm just quitting.
Seriously though insanely impressive act! That's some mad slight of leg!
I wish my third leg is as huge as his.
WoW! What a performance! Congratulations @Axel Adler!
Damn, that's some incredible misdirection as he enters the stage and the best 3 leg monty I've ever seen
I love the creativity. Well done!
this was so impressive! great job man I loved this

Does anyone remember the old "Jake the Peg" routine... We'll this is a whole new level! Loved it!
Love that at the end he takes two legs "off"
Amazing act..... SUPER.. .. delightful
Very original and fun act!! It was great!!
Very creative, great concept. No gimmick, just good performance art
This is so beautiful and fun. Thank you Axel.
THIS IS JUST Amazing, incredible
Beautiful performance. I can see which leg is the fake one throughout thanks to your hands, but the act was smooth and absolutely entertaining!

Great act! I enjoyed it very much👏🥰
This is the kind of act that gives Teller happy tears
Totally unique trick, very fun to watch!
That is SUCH, SUCH, SUCH a UNIQUE act..
BRILLIANT [and SOO ENTERTAINING..]

WOW LOL 😲🤔😂😂😎☕️
Brilliant, funny and beautiful. Masterpiece!
The left leg is the fake notice it only moves when his hands are on his knees
Such long and such control! Wow!
