      sonofnone101 - To fit the song the hold position for the pull ups would have to be the deadhang which is the easiest part. Then when they sing "Bring Sally Up" you pull up, and then down when they say down. Otherwise you would have to disobey the songs orders if you wanted to make it harder in the reverse.

    I recently started getting in shape keep in mind I’m 18 and wanting to be a firefighter I’m doing everything push up pull ups everything it hurts but I always use the pain form the past to fuel me into doing more than what my body can stand

    After I watched this I did a full chest day like this. I did pushups, bench, incline bench, and incline flys... I had to drop to my knees on the pushups 3/4 of the way through and the rest of the workout was completely brutal

    Thank you sir. Started doing these pre COVID. Can't do it advanced but do them regularly on my knees. I have even used the song to do other exercises. Tonight did deadlifts, pushups, squats, NG pulls, hack squats, pullovers on my total gym. And stiff leg raises.

    I am working on for a week. I have to stop at 1'30 right now. I am used to do press up. This exercise is specific. Your triceps are working, but what's new is what I call the internal triceps are working more because you stay much time down. This is what kills you. But if we practice it steadily, we should complete the exercice.

    Love it!! At a Unit I worked with we loved warming up to “Roxanne” by The Police. We would jog in a circle and do three burpees every time the name Roxanne was said! Steve did you ever consider joining the military?

      Its called easier than one arm. The real one foot pushups is when you raise one leg off the ground and do pushups when the leg stays in the air (not like on the video)...

      Not to mention that's damn near impossible, even with you taking ~1 second for your pullups AND pushups you'll probably take ~2 seconds for each deadlift the bench will start to burn and average to around 3 seconds then at the box jumps odds are you'll feel sick and average ~4-5 seconds per then trying to do a 500m row all in under 20 minutes? Yea I sincerely doubt it's possible except for maybe a couple of people who train for that specifically.

    I did this in gymnastics. The whole team does it and, the first time I did it, we ranged from ages 8 to 12. I pretty much died. Fun times.

    this is so good! i personally do the same but with squats and it's a great leg finisher, highly recommend

    Sally up is brutal. Can't do it but it great way to test your self. It can also be do with other movements and it's a great burner to include in workout every once in awhile.

    Actually really proud if myself , because im in gymnastics we do this often and today I did it with no breaks. We also did it with pike ups, pull ups, and squats

      That's really not possible. Pushups don't require to lift/hold all your weight, while pullups do. And your hands would definitely get sweaty after some time. I would like to see that aswell, but damn, that's just suicidal

    Another challenge is squat down as far as you can go for half an hour and go up one inch every five minutes
    I'm starting to do that every day until it no longer hurts, than an hour
