They just showing u what u want to see Burrtec has a lot of problems that no boss is doing about especially Cole cuz he don’t know what’s going on no one tells him what’s up

It's funny how the owner says we take care of the customer first and the employee second. That is so not true they fire an employee first than a supervisor when they know the supervisor is wrong. He doesn't even go to all of his yards to see how things are going when things are really bad because of his management. The supervisors and managers that run his yards. Yes they do take care of the customer. But they do not take care of the employee they can care less about the employee. Yeah they offer 401k, benefits and all that but what about the hard work that the employee does. In the santa Clarita yard more than 7 employees have been fired in less than 6 months and I'm taking about hard working employees. And I'm sure he doesn't even know about that. Employees that wouldn't slack off just did there work his management is so corrupt there that it's ridiculous if they really take care of the employee like he says he needs to come to the santa Clarita yard and take care of that yard
