This has quickly turned into my favorite OP ever. One thing i havent seen anyone pick up is towards the end, when Taiki is playing badminton and Chinatsu keeps popping up, its all Taiki remembering moments with her and using it as fuel to inspire him he doesnt play badminton for her, but he uses her to inspire him to better, which i think is gorgeous
Blue box is awesome. Awesome opening and ending, gorgeous animation, sports, romance, great plot, fun characters, and so much more. A lot of different sports are shown because it is based in an athletic high school. It is a good mix of sports and romance.
As others have said, Blue Box is like half sports, half romance, but both are executed extremely well, dare I say perfectly done. It's one of my favorite manga series that's out right now and the anime is fully delivering so far. It's got 25 episodes in the works so if you want to hop on, now's a great time (it's 'only 4/5 episodes in, depending on the website you use). I'd strongly recommend it! Also, you're right, the sport being shown is badminton, not tennis, just as an FYI :)
ooh, the rare fellow Angels of Death ED enjoyer. It's hauntingly beautiful, esp. with context, but even without it's such an underrated song (at least underrated now, it was fairly well known at the time).
@@evanb.529 yeah, i was pretty new to anime at the time, since i started in 2017, but i used to watch animes like that a lot and now i have watched over 1500, but i can still remember everything about it.

bro honestly the opening hits so much deeper when you know the story for some reason. definitely recommend watching it

Next i would recommend Reacting to Angels of Death opening and Ending, the first 12 seconds of the ending is particularly mesmerising.
