This trinity explanation is nothing more than a "morass of obfuscation"...or in modern day language..."to shuck and jive". Trinity is Lucifer's doctrine...when he said in the book of Isaiah that he wants to be worshipped as God, it's happening now in our church. I'd been taught that way too...till I learned the word ONE (echad) in Hebrew means both unity and singular; literally ONE, ONLY, ABSOLUTE! It depends on the context, like when you say you only have one nose, you can use the word echad. So, when God said "Hear o Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord." It means exactly what it says....the Lord God is not a compound unity like our beloved theologians taught because later on, when Jesus quotes the same scripture, He actually explained that the only true God, is The Father! You can see who's using their own interpretations here...plus we all know there's no where in the Bible teaches God is 3 in 1! Did you know SDA pioneers weren't trinitarians at all? Btw, they believed Jesus is Divine too. If you are an SDA, you might want to learn your history of how this Satanic teaching came into the church. Make sure to learn from the right sources...not from these "theologians!" Peace!
And did you realize that the above scripture, Matt. 28:19 doesn't give you the ID of the Holy Spirit nor does it teach the Holy Spirit is a separate being? According to the SOP, we baptize under the authority of these 3 powers. So "NAME" here actually means "AUTHORITY" not trinity!

This trinity explanation is nothing more than a "morass of obfuscation"...or in modern day language..."to shuck and jive".
I respect our Adventist pastors/teachers and I just believe they speak from grave ignorance and lack of discernment when they state these things for fact, which are easily verifiable and known to be manipulated or added verses or comments. We must study every aspect of this topic before we are going out there teaching others. Please study! Why is it so hard to see that Elohim..even if plural can be two not three or more?? Just baffles my mind that we are now so fiercely defending Babylonian teachings..because of tradition. Please use critical thinking and you will see beyond these fables and conjectures..I have seen the Trinity project presentations, they are so non-Biblical and have seen with my own eyes, twisted and misrepresented EGW quotes taken out of context in the presentations.
I feel sorry for this professor. Yes, we should take this topic very very seriously and it is HOLY. That is why I am writing, people who promote the trinity doctrine are in grave danger for leading or misleading people into error.
I concur..the vast majority of the laity have now realised that the doctrine of the Trinity, is nothing but a tangled web of lies, lie built upon lie. Jerry Moon was correct in saying "either the pioneers were wrong and the present church is right, or the pioneers were right and the present Seventh-day Adventist Church has apostatized from biblical truth.” - (Jerry Moon, The Trinity, Chapter, Trinity and antitrinitarianism in Seventh-day Adventist history, p. 190)
Trinity is Lucifer's doctrine...when he said in the book of Isaiah that he wants to be worshipped as God, it's happening now in our church. Hardly anyone belief our pioneers' fundamental beliefs anymore...wake up SDAs. If a doctrine couldn't be understood by an elementary student, you should know where it comes from. Pls study your Bible carefully. There's only One God, who has only begotten Son (He's also Divine by inheritance) and the holy Spirit is the spirit of of both: their power, their divinity who binds them to become one. Pls give me a text where they call the holy spirit; God-the Holy Spirit. it's always The spirit of God, or The spirit of Christ/Jesus/The Lord or just simply His spirit.

ur word one is not the same of the word one in the bible..do not use ur own vocabulary to interpret the bible..for example the bible mention "baptize them in the NAME of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit" the word being use is NAME and not NAMES..name is a noun use to indicate a person, right? in the book of matthew he uses the word NAME and not NAMES..NAME here is singular and then followed by three person...
I'd been taught that way too...till I learned the word ONE (echad) in Hebrew means both unity and singular; literally ONE, ONLY, ABSOLUTE! It depends on the context, like when you say you only have one nose, you can use the word echad. So, when God said "Hear o Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord." It means exactly what it says....the Lord God is not a compound unity like our beloved theologians taught because later on, when Jesus quotes the same scripture, He actually explained that the only true God, is The Father! You can see who's using their own interpretations here...plus we all know there's no where in the Bible teaches God is 3 in 1! Did you know SDA pioneers weren't trinitarians at all? Btw, they believed Jesus is Divine too. If you are an SDA, you might want to learn your history of how this Satanic teaching came into the church. Make sure to learn from the right sources...not from these "theologians!" Peace!
And did you realize that the above scripture, Matt. 28:19 doesn't give you the ID of the Holy Spirit nor does it teach the Holy Spirit is a separate being? According to the SOP, we baptize under the authority of these 3 powers. So "NAME" here actually means "AUTHORITY" not trinity!
