    Just a handful of extra tips! If you're a sausage connoisseur (I dare you to add that to you LinkedIn profile), Superoni's got your back! I. J. Mellis is the OBVIOUS spot to pick up cheese from, and I thought most of you would find that to be too much of an easy tip, but if you're after a taster of British cheeses, they are a good spot! Kenji is a sushi restaurant from the same owners as Bentoya (❤) - fresh Japanese food if that's what you're craving!

    Living in Stockbridge for close to a year now and this video was excellent, thank you for taking a full week to explore!
    Some other spots that we love to highlight when others visit: Hector's Pub (excellent food), Raeburn Hotel (also excellent food), Beira (Sustainable Fashion Boutique), Cheese n' Toasted (great spot for quick lunch), Inverleith Park, Cafe Gallo

      Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.

      This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. It once happened to me, then I learned my lesson and contacted a US-based finance consultant by name ''Jenny Pamogas Canaya '' and everything changed. In in the first quarter of this year i made $370k and counting.

    As a former Stockbridge resident, I give my stamp of approval for the way you presented this charming neighborhood and highlighting some of the best places to visit :)
    My favorite thing about this place is that you can keep re-visiting it and do something else each time. It's a perfect spot to have a walk with a friend and decide what you want to do - grab a coffee and something sweet, go book shopping (or watching), do a charity shops tour, grab a brunch/lunch/dinner, have a glass of red with cheese nibbles and do people watching, head to a speakeasy or one of the pubs, stroll in one of the parks (I always considered botanics and Inverleith park as Stockbridge adjacent) or just through the neighborhood.
    It never really dawned on me before, but being from the so-called continental Europe myself, Stockbridge has a bit of that flair which is maybe why I always felt very comfortable here and love coming back.
    Another plus to mention is how central and close Stockbridge is to city centre and other boroughs. Edinburgh is extremely walkable city, but this area really gets you both, the village feel and central location. The downside some folk may note are bus routes (I was bus 36-dependent for a while) - not much of a time difference between walking and taking a bus sometimes.

    • @Kakibot
      @Kakibot  Год назад

      Stockbridge similarly to Bruntsfield is this centre-adjacent little gem, isn't it! For me it's a really pleasant 20 minute walk from Haymarket, but I think for someone who might not be as able bodied, the connection between certain parts of town can be a bit frustrating ./ I'm glad the trams have revived the connection between West End and Leith at least!

I really like the vibe of that area and a treat from Twelve triangles or Söderberg is always welcome even Kvasa has my favorite cinnamon bun of whole Edinburgh. But i never will step into that cheese shop again. 😅 The cheese might be amazing but back in 2019 I also got a scotch egg from there and got food poisoning from it (it was the only thing I ate and didnt share that day). Their reaction afterwards when I came back from the hospital and wrote them an email was amazing and had a lovely contact to them as they really were concerned about it but sadly this experience ruined that cheese heaven for me. 😆

I was about to skip them for vacations as well but those eggs florentine in the Pantry are just too good to miss out on them. 😂 Luckily the eggs and hollandaise were safe this time.
