Happy to see Dakota Fanning in a movie again!☺️I will watch it. I don’t understand why there is so much hate for M. Night Shayamalan. His movies maybe aren’t for everyone but at least they’re different. I like that and he has good movies! ✨
It’s not that there is so much “hate” I believe that there is an appreciation for M. Night Shyamalan's films among audiences. Especially as his 1999 masterpiece The Sixth Sense is considered iconic! Even the renowned Stephen King is a big fan of his work in 'The Happening' and ‘The Village’. However, it is important to acknowledge the various speculations surrounding his filmmaking, such as issues related to ego, studio arrogance, and interference. Also the absence of certain elements, and excessive reliance on plot twists, and his desire to give himself a major acting role in almost every effort. Nonetheless, I personally love Dakota Fanning and her work ❤, which is why I am inclined to give this films a chance. 🍿🎬
Did it ever cross your mind that some people don’t care and still love his other movies even if there are twists after twist⁉️ I mean if you don’t like it it’s fine you don’t have to watch it but it definitely won’t stop me from watching his movies 🤷🏻♀️
I think it's because his scripts are so cringey and make even fantastic actors seem wooden and unnatural. It's like George Lucas ghostwrote the dialogue

Yea, wasn't scary, which was disappointing, but was interesting. The trailer is scarier than the movie. If they marketed it differently, I wouldnt have been disappointed cause it wasnt what I was expecting
