- Family members of Judith and Natalie Raanan, the two American hostages who Hamas released on Friday, say they are grateful for the support from President Biden and the American people. They tell CBS News' Holly Williams about how they are doing, and their wish to see a ground invasion of Gaza delayed until all the hostages held are back with their families.

I find your lack of understanding of exactly how traumatised these kids have been ridiculous. My grandson who was robbed at knife point at 14 still has anxiety issues and panic attacks years later despite counselling. Until you have family who have been through something like this you will never understand. There is a video released of a husband and wife about what they witnessed. Go look for it.

Two things we know from 1st hand accounts. On the day of the Hamas attack, they used poison gas, firing or throwing the canister into a concrete bus station "bunker" , the Brazilian survivor called it. I've since seen such shelters in Israeli video, riddled with bullets. About 40 people died there, mostly having run from the music festival, along with 2 Israeli police who arrived to defend them. Also the Hospital attack was from an Islamic Jihad rocket fired from the Cemetery behind the hospital. They were using the hospital as cover for the rocket fire. But it was a Jihadi rocket that misfired... not Israeli counterfire. This was stated by Hamas and recorded in intercepts.

False. Several news media even reported that forensic analysis of video and audio released by the Israeli were doctored to go with heir narrative. They lied because they didn't thinktbheyd get such blowback for destroying a hospital and 500 people along with it. Are israelis not appalled by their govt for not trying to rescue hostages? In fact they refused those 2 old ladies when hamas offered to release them. It seems to me israel is more interested in dropping bombs on gaza and killing civilians. Their excuse to get rid of hamas? Well, what abt the hostages’ safety? It’s becoming apparent that israel is more interested in genocide and using hamas attacks as an excuse. The attacks themselves are dodgy.. a rat can’t pass through israel’s security and yet hamas managed to carry out those attacks? They’ve been reports that there was an army helicopter firing shots at the time israeli civilians were shot.
