Absolutely stunning. And so damn sexy. My first flight was on a 72 and it’s always been by far my favorite. This plane is immaculate. And the engineering is just as mind-blowing now as it was when it launched. I swear I’ve flown in every 72 that ever appeared in Eastern’s and National’s fleets. All those damn trips from LGA to see the grandparents in Daytona Beach. The sounds, the push from behind on takeoff, the fighter jet climb angle, the dive bomber approach and landing. It has a special place in my heart. Always will.
Nicely said Kieth, I'm so happy that you came across my video. Thank you so much for sharing how you feel about this remarkable aircraft that played a huge part in aviation history and an aircraft that still has a huge fan base throughout the whole world.
Man I love 727's, to see one so well taken care of is great. The 727-100 is the perfect size too, can land almost anywhere but its not tiny you can walk around in it and set it up like an apartment.
Very true, thank you for watching David 👍😎
What a nice interior! Long live the 72!
Hello Jay! Thanks for watching, Ya it's interior is very impressive.
Loved the blacked out panels in the flight deck! I miss working on these! Thanks for sharing.
Your welcome. That's pretty cool that you worked on them. Thank you for watching.
This is the best! Great video, the seven-two is such a classic.
Thanks for doing this, and for the dedication!
I'm glad you liked it Ryan, I know how much you like the seven-two.

You entered the way D.B. Cooper exited. Beautiful aircraft.
Yes & I didn't need a parachute to exit. LOL
Very cool video
Thanks so much :)
It is great video about to see interior of B727. Thank you for your sharing, I appreciated.
Your welcome & thank you for watching.
Awesome!
Thank you for checking it out Gene 👍😎
great video confirming these crafts run on AIR
Thanks so much for watching :)
Interesting I come across this video. 727s were my baby. I grew up on them (PSAirlines...LAX/OAK in the early 70s), and lately I've been thinking that since they are rarely sighted now, they should be part of local airshows. I was thinking Riverside A/S, ever since I saw one parked early 2016 when I drove by one morning on my way to visit family. I made a point to make sure I drove back by on my way home, but she was gone already. Chino's airshow always sneaks upon me at the last minute.
This airplane was based in Ontario,Ca and now lives at the Chino Ca Airport.
There is a U-Tube of us departing Boeing field. very well done, kept up with the airplane. It's Boeing 727--- 100 (N30MP) Departing Boeing field. Make sure the speakers are on.
Thanks for watching Bob, I watched the video you suggested :)
Very nice!

Ya like your walking up into a spaceship, thank you for watching 👍
nice looking plane. Is it for sale, and if so, what is the price.
+William Butler Good question? I didn't ask if it's for sell.
thanks for you super video 👌 👌 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸✈✈✈✈
Thank you Teresa for watching :)
How much cost the Boeing 727 -100 of half use in the years 1980 ...???
Hello Rod, would have to google it and the prices all very with the year built and how many mileage.
i dont care about the plane i care about your recording skills very nice dude keep it up

MY FAVOURITE JET I LOVE BOEING 727
One of my favorites also, thanks for watching :)
Nice
Thanks for watching :)
the torsion link on the NLG is broken/disconnected. I guess they dont fly with this...
Good Eye, Thanks for watching.
It,s disconnected for towing.
You can find MD-88s, 90s for $2-3 million, probably less if you picked up an older model or one that was worked hard. Even Allegiant is dropping their MD-83s for A319-100s. You would end up with less width than a 27, but your maintainence costs as well as fuel burn and crew costs would be a lot less. I'm working with an aviation engineer and interior people to determine if it would be possible to buy the front end of a 747-400 and convert it into a living space. A dozen 727s have been turned into cool housing, wings and horizontal stabilizer removed. We will see a flood of 747s hit salvage in 2017-2018. I'm interested in the cockpit and the 75 or so feet of double decker portion and enough taper beyond it to match with the last 40-50 feet. My first idea was to take the double deck portion and that's it, it just doesn't work too well to to enclose it
+Bobby Paluga I've seen pictures and video of aircraft turned into houses and I think that's a pretty cool idea. Thanks for commenting.
Is this plane still flying?
Yes this Aircraft is still Flying, Thank you for watching :)
Nice video. I'm still trying to catch up on your channel's videos.
Thank you so much, I know what you mean it's hard to find the time, I barely have enough time to even shoot video and post them.
Do you still have Boeing planes
I wish I owned this, thank you for watching 👍😎
well kept plane great job brilliant....
Thanks so much Carlos.
my pleasure 727 first plane ride 1973 lots of memories....
You got me beat, my first Flight was Alaska Airlines MD-80 BUR to PDX July 1992, I will never forget it :) Take care and Happy Holidays.
same to you..nice communicating,,,,
Hello sir what is the price of this jet sir 😇
A jet like this can cost $1,191,430 & more. Thank you for watching 👍😎
Very nice video, I see four seats in the cockpit, pilot, copilot, fight engineer and what's the fourth seat for, an aviator?
I'm glad you enjoyed the video and thank you for watching.
That I know of the fourth seat is what they call a Jump seat, to accommodate crew-members, deadhead pilot, second shift pilot on long trips etc.
Anyone else please feel free to add more info.
Ed Whisenant I think you have the right explanation of the fourth seat, or jump seat. Nice video!
Jonathan Peden Thank you Jonathan for watching & for your comment :)
A Jumpseat for Inspectors and Instructors etc.
Bo Otterström Thank you for you comment & thanks for watching :)
Un vrai yatch des aires - fly yatch !
Looks pretty clean, cept maybe for the wheel well(s), those look like there's an oil leak or something...? Perhaps just normal wear and tear........love the '27
ya, can you imagine the hours spent on keeping her clean, big bucks to maintain & operate these 727's Thanks for watching.
Ed Whisenant
thanks for posting..
The wheel wells are required by FAA to be painted in PPC that is yellow and ugly.
How do disabled get in
Great question - Very Carefully - They have a lift just like regular airliners that lifts the wheelchair up on the side Entrance, I've Southwest Airlines do it several times at Burbank Airport, thanks for watching.
So my question (to anyone who definitively knows the answer) is: This plane was built in 1966, it spent a good 18 years in commercial service before it became a research aircraft and then a private plane under a few hands before we see it today (I typed the tail number in google to get that information). I've learned that most pressurized type aircraft have expiration dates because the fuselage eventually becomes weak after so many rotations expanding and contracting. I've also learned that airframes go bad after long durations of continued flight. So, what makes a 727, with 48 years of history safe to fly and operate privately today when it would not be deemed safe for commercial use? I often have similar questions concerning the DC-10's, MD-11's and 727s I see still flying for FedEx and DHL. I have similar questions for developing countries using second/third hand US planes (old DC-9's and 707's). Thanks in advance!
That's a great question that I'd like to know as well. Does anyone know the answer?
ICSirvinite Considering you're the first person to respond to this in nearly 2 years to the point where I forgot I asked the question, I'd say I should probably go to a forum if I wanted to know the answer.
Evan J These old commercial planes get used for private and cargo etc and don't fly above 10,000ft as they can't pressurise.
I'm the Flight Engineer on this Airplane and we do go above 10,000 ft. Normal cruise altitude for us is 34,000 to 37,000. Great Airplane to be a part of.
bob palmer Wow. Great stuff. I used to go to work on a DC3 but they said as we not able to pressurise we only fly to 10,000 Our ears used to POP!
Wanna bet the Jonas brothers weren’t told this plane was built in 1966.
No bet here 👍🤣
So many parts! Wonder how old this plane is? Looks like maybe it’s from the 80’s
Yup lots of parts & believe it or not this aircraft was manufactured in 1966, thank you for watching Erick :)
Ed Whisenant
Wow 😮! Thanks again! It has been well taken care of
@@erickrcisneros Your welcome :)
ok I'm sold; wrap it up I'll take her
I here ya she sure is a CLASSIC :) Thank you for watching.
The operating and maintenance cost of this museum piece compared to a G6 or even a 2016 BBJ must be astronomical?
Three man cockpit, airport restrictions, fuel consumption boy you name it?
Old School costs money!!!!
+Iowarail It sure does. and if you have it, go for it but the unpractical part of it with take-off and and landing restrictions because of noise in many airports for me, I would have upgraded that bird years ago!
I have been out of aviation for almost 20 years now, it appears to me the plane doesn't have a hush kit, and seems as though I read somewhere that pretty much no 27 could fly in the U.S. after 2015 even with kit installed. Didn't seem to have the boiler plate aging aircraft plates installed either. Those things would come out of that inspection and look like a boiler with all those plates and button head rivets that got installed to repair all those bad seams and corrosion.
Iowarail Lol.....If you take it international get ready because most airports you would want to land won't allowed you in.
perhaps a Super 27? re-engined with MD 80 engines and an oval #2 engine intake
Do the jonas brothers actually own it
Great question, they do not own it, they lease it and the crew fly's them as needed.
@@EdWhisenantAviation oh gotcha. I think jonas brothers have been using a private jet since they were very young.. Since their teens.. Is it the same jet
@@mdabdullah4379 I am not sure if this is the same jet or not.
Must be nice.
Yes this 727 is very nice inside & out, it was very gracious of the owner to open up the aircraft so people could view this immaculate interior.
I would love to take flight around that beauty.
@3:34 Nice plane. How does it fly? 😏
I'm sure it fly's just fine, thank you for watching.
Some Jurassic instrumentation in there...rotfl...upgrade that cockpit ffs....btw I love the aft stair
@ mattfgln - Don't worry, kid. This is a man's jet. No need for sissy fly by wire and GPS in the 727. You want glass? Then, go for a newer cookie cutter piece of crap that fill today's skies.
mattfgln why you hating on the old school stuff??
Lol you old farts got offended because I wrote Jurassic instrumentation 😂
I bet that they don’t have as much fun on it as Led Zeppelin had on the starship.
You never know LOL
FACE SLAP : Thats a handicap parking zone.
LOL and good eye, you think they got got a ticket 😎👍
@@EdWhisenantAviation I bet it didn' t get towed.
I am real one Jonas Brothers sister
Are you really Jonas Brothers Sister ????
@@EdWhisenantAviation yes I am real one Jonas brother sister
@@lakitajonas7026 Well a huge thank you for watching and commenting 👍😎
@@EdWhisenantAviation My baby brother Nick took sick on me
@@EdWhisenantAviation i am go talk to my manager Phillip McIntyre about you playing game with use
Nice plane. My Lear Jet doesn't compare.
Come to think about it, my Lear Jet doesn't also. Thank you for watching 👍
To have a private jet!?! You must pay for your own pilots as well?????
Yup big money, thank you for watching :)
@6:09 the steward in black is hot!
+bigtaxrefund Glad you enjoyed. Thanks for watching.
But what about the cute black chick at the beginning?
ai que raiva ser pobre!! rsrs
that girl is a real cutie.
+Ferdinand Francis And the 727's not bad also. LOL thanks for watching.
Money, after all, doesn't buy taste...
Thats ready for the scrap yard
I'd be afraid to touch any surface in that thing. Can you imagine what it would look like under a black light...
I wish I were rich.
You said it, that would be nice, Great looking motorcycle.
Ed Whisenant Thanks, she's my pride and joy.
The designer is blind
Fruit bats....
Those pilot seats are a joke.
Thanks for watching :)
This looks like one of trump's old 72s...
I wonder if it is, thank you for watching 👍
@@EdWhisenantAviation The 727 has always been one of my favorite aircraft. This sort of looks a bit dated kinda late1980's design-wise... the Eagle bus version of a 727... versus a Prevost...The cockpit looks positively antique...
@@superbmediacontentcreator Ya the B727 is up high on my list of one of my favorite aircraft 😎👍
Looks like a cheapo 80-90’s interior refit. Didn’t even update the cockpit, weak.
A True American Classic for sure, this was filmed in 2014.
Decoração horrenda !!!!!
I'm sure the owner loves it, I would take it, thanks for watching :)
Love the 727. But this interior is so out of date and ugly. Terrible!!
Thanks for watching the life of the rich and famous :)
Horribel interior!
Thank you for watching 👍😎
Ugly interior!!!
Auto Insider I would change a fair bit too. But I love the layout though!
it just looks like a cheap brothel and i do mean cheap.
I would love to have the cash value of what this is worth. Thank you for watching :)
