- Arriving New York LaGuardia Airport LGA - Following the Hudson River downwind for Runway 22. Great view of Queens, lower Manhattan, Midtown, Central Park, Harlem, the Bronx and Yankee Stadium. Enjoy.
wow this is an amazing capture, totally different scenery compare to my landing experience in NY. I love how you were able to capture the stadium and zoom in on it, that was cool!

I've always thought it must be really depressing being imprisoned on Rikers Island and seeing all the planes land and takeoff. That would be enough to get my act together lol.

After all that great viewing of NYC, what do we see on landing? #2 engine and the right wing. Was there nothing of interest out to the right?

@ruthmacias Spirit. It says it on the engine.
You might affix camera or phone to a suction cup to window. That eliminates virtually all shaking, panbuzz, etc. Otherwise, great views!

Where was this flight coming from cause l have flown to New York more than 20 times and the plane never flew over Manhattan. Must be place of departure.

Doesn't really matter where you're coming from. LGA only has 2 runways. Departures generally use one runway, arrivals on the other, so all arrivals, regardless of origin, are filed into one single approach pattern.
