I saw the FBI video .. he ran that boy down .. they were once friends .. the shooter lived at the deceased house with his mother etc. And he turned around and killed his friend at a high school graduation

An FBI file can't override what's on video. He was being chased. Thats on video. Self defense is a question for a jury.
