I was astonished how fluently Amish sir expressed his thoughts in English and wondered whether I will be able to express my feelings the same way 😂but when AZAD sir started speaking out, I realized, we do not need a particular language or" fluency in English especially", we just need to speak our hearts out, in whatever language we are comfortable in.🙃

It's a request to all law students who are studying in college. Don't even think to move any application or petition, if you get messed up infront of judge then you gona cost your party and your career.. get enrolled and then do this atleast the out come won't be that bad. And have patience to get enrolled because you gona do that throughout your life day in day out

3:07 It happened to me also (as a 4th year BA LLB intern) with an additional chief judge but the judge said so (cannot represent in white shirt) very politely after acting (giving a date) on my representation.
However in one case, on one day, when a close relative of my senior had expired that morning and being a small firm back then, I was the only one available to go and inform the judge that we need a date due to aforesaid situation but the otherside lawyer, thundered and represented who is this person who comes to court without a coat, band and gown and thinks he can represent as an advocate. The court room burst into laughter. I was perspiring profusely yet I retorted I am a 4th year law student interning in my senior's office and he had no one else at his disposal to inform the Hon'ble Court of the sudden turn of events.
I did manage to get a date in that case but for some reason the event didn't slip out of my memory even after 4 years because it was so nerve shaking.

this is one of the most genuine & priceless pieces of advice for young law graduates anywhere in the country. I am myself after 3 years of law pass out & in being non-law competitive examination mode clearly can understand the value of this when I am myself after 3 years thinking to start ' visiting' law courts now to see if I can happily live in the zone or not. Thank you sir for this channel. & Azad Bhai all good wishes to you to live your passion. :)

    • @deepconscious7741

Dear Ayush, allow me to suggest that you may first clear the B.A. part of the integrated course and then as and when you approach the LL.B part, at that juncture you may approach an Advocate as a Office Helper / executive to start learning the nitti-gritties of legal process and procedures, filing, registration, etc., much like a new Munshi. Since you may not be adept at purely legal work, lacking the vital skills and knowledge in law, or aid & assist in entertaining clients, drafting, pleading or such work - wait until your last year LL.B before you attempt any serious legal work. Much depends on how much and at what pace you imbibe and learn the theoretical part before you delve into the practical - which is an ocean in itself. While at it, you may find yourself naturally inclining towards either Civil or Criminal litigation. Rest, you will discover many facets of the legal profession and much about yourself as well, your strengths and your limitations. It is a challenging yet a very fulfilling profession. Wish you the very best. God Bless.
