That is good. I got my bag two ago I suck. It is real hard for me to see the bag. I am hoping I can teach my 53 yr old eyes to wake up to the reflex action... ugg. Practice Patrice practice.

This is great for speed training. But I prefer to use mine for combinations. Just doing the same 2 combinations might impress others who can't do this, but it won't help you with your technique or combinations.

hello, good video, could you point out what are the dimensions of the following:
- long from the ground to the beginning of spring.
-length of the spring.
-long from the end of the spring to the top of the box pear.
- width of the pipe.
-spring width.
- thickness of each hoop of the spring and spacing between hoops.
I would appreciate it very much if you can help me with this because I want to build one since I do not have the money to buy it, thank you very much.
