Thing is with Joshua and this is my opinion as I used to be a heavyweight pro boxer myself and seen it a few times. With Joshua when he's in training and sparring especially sparring he's hitting these sparring partners out and not getting hit himself but once in the ring and cones agaidnt a banger like Ruiz and gets hit he's body goes into limp mode and don't know what to do or handle it. That's what happened in the first fight when Ruiz hit him once with a hard shot Joshua didn't know what to do

Taking shots in sparring is a doubled edged sword fighter's say its unnecessary taking big shots for free risking concussions. Others say you dont want to learn what its like being hit for real when the lights and cameras are on.
