Great video, after watching this I purchased one for fitness , it’s fast and I probably should of gone for the slower playerz reflex boxing bag that you also reviewed. But after using and getting used to its speed and controlling it , I get hell of a workout, love it. What oz gloves would you recommended for using this cobra bag , l,m 185 lb with medium size hands. Cheers
Thanks Glad you like it We love it at our gym Yes does take some getting used to but a really fun bag to use I use 16oz with mine but to be fair using smaller gloves would be great for faster hands
