I still dont know if any cold air intake is really worth it over the stock, unless you go full tune and more bolt ons!?

I hear you, I am opposed to CAIs on modern cars since the stock air boxes aren't restrictive enough. In my opinion they're not worth it unless your engine is always in the top end(race car) or you go forced induction

I installed a cai on my mk4 focus st start making a head knocking noise replaced stock box still does it anyone got a clue what it is ??
