    I had the OG Oracle and Oracle MK2, the MK2 sounded so bright with very sibilant vocals, sold the MK2 after 2 weeks. Bought the Monarch MK2 and it's on another level, vocals are much smoother and imaging is way more spacious than the Oracle MK2. OG Oracle is warm-neutral, Oracle MK2 is bright-neutral, Monarch MK2 is completely neutral.

      Quite argee with you. The MK2 vocals and instrumentals are into you face, no break in between the track. So not everyone will like. I do own the OG. Still prefer them as t
      VOCALS are present but not till in your face. Those kind. Maybe I bit layback. But still able to retrieve instruments at the same time. Mmk2 just next level. But vocal and instrumentals feel I bit thin or maybe artifical. Just the size and cabel are just too heavy or too big, not ideal for long periods of listening.

    I just got my Oracle MkII earlier this week, and although it's not as outstanding as the original Oracle for folk/acoustic music and vocals, overall I am very happy with the Oracle MkII. I looked at it as you described it... a Monarch Lite.

    My Xenns Ups just died, they were my only high end earphones and I loved them a lot. I like a fun and bass-heavyish sound signature and I'm looking for a replacement that would be similar to the Ups, but I notice a lot of reviewers seem to think the Ups aren't the best in terms of technicalities so I thought I might be able to do better with another tribrid in the $5-700'ish range.
    Would these fit the bill or would there be other tribrids you think I should consider? I listen to a lot of styles of music (historically a lot of classical, rock, and rap) but lately I've been pretty obsessed with a lot of kpop.

    Thanks! Having the OG Oracle and the Monarch Mk II at present, this information is greatly appreciated. With so many interesting IEMs out there, who can afford to own every version of every IEM? Maybe Elon Musk. 🤔

    Stepped up from budget iem's this week to the tin p1 plus, based lot on your rec of the turning, they sound brilliant to my ears, very pleased... Wondering how much better the higher end stuff is as far as bang for buck ?, great reviews.

    Having listened to both, I personally think that MK2 is a lot more fun sounding than the OG. Im a bit of a hiphop head and I think the bass difference is very much noticeable.

    • @AudioLevels

    • @AudioLevels

      @@mlagathomason2555 For me defenetly but that might not be the case for everyone. The Skuld is one earphone I keep listening to and find it gets better and better. The smoothness and openness is fantastic. Its not aggressive and raw like a lot of the tribrids im hearing. A single driver tech done as well as it can be.

    I mostly hear piano based classical music. Would you recommend these or any other similar priced IEAM for my taste? Thank you

    • @AudioLevels

    Have you tried the IE600?
    What IEM would you recommend around $700

    • @saucyg6371
      @saucyg6371 Год назад

      For music where bass is a large element of the mix, then I would have to say there are iems at the price or lower that do bass far better than the IE600. If not then itd be an interesting iem, but not a good first iem. Maybe not even a good 2nd or 3rd iem… at that pricepoint you really have to know what you like or else you’re wasting your money

    Thieaudio has a terrible QC. For that kind of money I will not take a chance to it.

    What are the eartips that you mentioned? Couldnt really find them.

    • @gatobakuniano
      @gatobakuniano Год назад

      AZLA Sedna tips. They are made in Korea. They are very good quality.
      The AZLA Sedna have the standard and the short version. Both have a wide hole, and they tend to sound brighter and with les sub-bass than the Spinfit, which I prefer for my Clairvoyances.
      AZLA is also well known for the Xelastec, which are somewhat special, they adapt to your specific ear shape, but they have a sticky feeling.

    AudioLevels, how cymbals performed by Oracle2 sound - with iron or softly like Tea2 ???? Thank you.

    • @rafaelbondoc2312
      @rafaelbondoc2312 Год назад +1

      I own both so I did a quick A and B. The Tea 2s bring the cymbals a little more forward but the oracle Mk2s have a more satisfying natural sound to my ears.

    • @genaishivatov1737
      @genaishivatov1737 Год назад

      @@rafaelbondoc2312 I have, as you already understood, Tea2 and there is a little lack of activity on the HF. I have already installed a silver cable and Moondrop Spring nozzles - but still the delivery of cymbals is slightly softened, there is not enough brightness / metal ringing - cymbalss as if covered with a thin cloth.
