Wow Bobbie, you seriously inspire me! I'm in my late 50's and I like you neglected my skin. I have realized how dumb that was on my part and trying my best to reverse the damage I have done. So, thank you for these amazing videos for us over 50 women that a great skin routine. I have ordered several items from your store and going to order a few from Ulta. I wish you would've linked your facial cleaning brush, so you could've gotten a little credit. Again, thanks! I love your channel and love that you're so real and down to earth!
your skin is amazing! Both the face oil and the night cream are occlusive. Perhaps the whiteheads on your skin is due to the fact that you are using 2 occlusives. I would choose one or the other.
Love your routine. I wondered if you've ever tried retinol? My skin is similar to yours in so many ways and we use some of the same products. I switched from the Cerave night cream to the Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Moisturizer fragrance free. It is amazing on my dry, sensitive, rosacea skin. It is pretty expensive, but Ulta has it on sale buy one get one 50 % off frequently and drug stores often have sales on it, too. I have seen amazing results using vit c in the a.m. and the retinol at night. I am a new subscriber and really enjoy your videos. God bless!
I have found Aveeno Positively Radiant is an excellent facial wash with moisture rich soy extract and gentle exfoliating granules. It gently removes impurities for softer, brighter, more even toned skin. It is $6.99 for 5.0 ounces and can be found at drugstores, some grocery stores, Meijers and Walmart. I like the Clinique Take the Day Off and was able to purchase it for half off in January from Ulta when they have their special sale days. I saw your recommendation for facial skin care and wanted to try it and was pleasantly surprised to find it on sale. Also if you purchase it other times, the points you’ve accumulated can be used toward the purchase price. Thank you for all your research and information which is extremely helpful.
Bobbie I highly highly recommend the Tatcha Face Sheet Mask it is a game changer your skin will look luminous for days after - I spend 15-20 minutes pressing it into my skin there’s enough goodness in the mask and packet for your neck décolletage arms and hands - I leave it on for at least 1 hour rest read have a siesta - also recommend Bioderma for your sensitive skin x
Dermalgogica products are my favorite. I use to be an esthetician and took many classes through dermalogica. They’re a great company, but yes very pricy.
I have Rosacea dry skin and Paula's choice skincare is great for my skin. I use the one with the red label, especially designed for rosacea and dry sensitive skin.
I love the Dermalogica Microfoliant too!! I’ve used it for years and was very worried I would have to stop using it when I was diagnosed with rosacea but thank goodness I didn’t!
@@MindfulMidlife I looked for something similar a few years ago but never found anything like it so I finally gave up. I’m looking for a good cleansing balm but some Clinique products irritate my skin so I’m looking for others before I try the Clinique one. Have you tried the Physicians Formula Matcha melting cleansing balm? It’s supposed to be ultra gentle so I think I might try it.
@@thepuglady3931 I am about to finish it! It will be included in an upcoming video. I did like it and no problems with my rosacea. The Clinique one is still my favorite though.
I think Heimish All Clean Balm is a good dupe for the Clinique cleansing balm. There is fragrance but my sensitive skin has been okay. Thank you for your videos!
I agree with you on the facial masks. I have tried a couple of brands of sheet masks, but found that they really did not make a difference. At the beginning of the year I also started shaving and purchased from Amazon the "Finishing Touch Flawless" and I shave every second week. My makeup looks better and my hair has not grown back thicker.
For the days you want a light coverage on your skin mix a good quality concealer in with your day cream fabulous - then just touch up with concealer on certain areas of your face !
I agree with you about Take the Day off balm. I found, through Dr. Dray, another balm that works well and is about half the price of Clinique. It's Heimish All Clean Balm for around $15. I use it all the time and doesn't sting my eyes.
When I startted Peri-menopause I had what my doctor told me was peri-oral dermatitis, which one doctor who got it herself around the time of menopause described it as: excema combined with acne. --it was horrid!! I know what you are saying about your rosacea! I use things from The Ordinary. I love their products, their oils are a better deal than what you are paying for the one you use by the way. They are a Canadian company. I use the Buffet- peptide complex and Marine Hyrolaunics and I just ordered their Niacinamide. I do love Cereve cleansers and I have the same Vanity Planet rotating brush as you!
I'm using the buffet from the Ordinary as well right now - love it. I haven't tried their Marine Hyrolaunics or Niacinamide, but it's on my list to try. Haha, I've never seen things crossed out either. Very weird!
Bobbie, you look so good! I told you last week I have become a CeraVe fan and I don't know if I will ever go back to wearing foundation...my skin is definitely looking better. Thank you ♡
Sona Bran Ican not live without the Hada Labo cleansing oil. It was a game changer for me......leaves absolutely no residue and melts makeup off quickly. I tried the Clinique Cleansing Balm, but did not like it nearly as well as the Hada Labo. Fantastic product.
I appreciate your suggestions and advice. Could you tell me if you've ever experienced your face hair to grow back faster and thicker because of shaving? Thank you and keep up the great work 🥰
Hi-I an new to your channel, so, starting late.Ddo you think you will ever start using a Retina A product? maybe Differin since it is tolerated better..your skin looks great btw..I have written down your steps and will begin tonight..well with what I have on hand right now that is. :-)
Ok sorry...one more question...do you now prefer the Dermalogica over the Elf exfoliating products and the Sephora mask you talked about in your previous dry skin video?
Little late on this but I have just seen your channel and have found it most interesting. I’m 83 and have found it necessary to change my skincare routine due to an eruption of milia (white heads) - nasty little things and very difficult to clear up! So I’m doing my research. (What’s causing them. How to get rid of them). One thing I have noticed in your routine is the absence of retinol / retinoids. Curious as to why.
I really enjoy your channel:) I also have dry/rosacea skin, using washcloths doesn't bother your skin? I try to use them but they hurt my skin. Was just curious if it happens with you?
What does your daughter use? I have an 18 year old. She like Arbonne Calm but they have stopped making it. I am also new to your channel. Love all your videos. I am on WW purple since Feb. I am 60 yrs old and need to lose at least 60 lbs. So thanks for your videos about WW too.
Does your hair grow back more and stiff? Mine did, mine was pretty long so I used one of those razor like you used, I need to do it again, I probably will, I just worry about when I get older, I’ll look like Santa, haha. But I have stiff hair on my chin and I pull them with tweezers, I just hate it. Your skin looks so good.🌹😊👍
I use a product for at least a few weeks but longer if I am on the fence about it. I try to always say how long I have been using it. I use both Dermalogica and the Elf. When my skin is drier (winter) I use the Elf more because it’s not a physical exfoliant. The cleanser is what I depend on for daily exfoliating. The CerVe is the most gentle way to exfoliate (in my opinion).
Hi 👋 Bobbie, great video 👍 how often do you shave your face? I’ve wanted to try this but I’m so afraid 😱 the hair will grow back thicker. Have you had issues with shaving?
Hi Vickie. I started shaving at the beginning of the year and shave very second week. I purchased from Amazon the "Finishing Touch Flawless". My hair has not grown back thicker.
Thank you, I have been struggling with rosacea for some time and your routine was very helpful. Now, I am going to watch your morning one, next.
You really do not need any makeup, you have a natural beauty, lucky you.
So glad I found u. I’m 54 and was diagnosed with rosacea. Very very dry skin!!!

I have Rosacea dry skin and Paula's choice skincare is great for my skin. I use the one with the red label, especially designed for rosacea and dry sensitive skin.
I have heard great things about Paula's choice.
You look young and beautiful. Thank you for these tips.
I like using the CeraVe hydrating wash as my pre-cleanse. Works great and affordable.
I love that as well, but I find it doesn't take off all my makeup - especially any waterproof. That's why I always pre-cleanse with a balm.
I love the Dermalogica Microfoliant too!! I’ve used it for years and was very worried I would have to stop using it when I was diagnosed with rosacea but thank goodness I didn’t!
Yes, it’s very gentle...I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I hope I can find a dupe at some point.

You are so cute! thanks so much for this...purchasing my Cereve now!
Try a microfibre make up remover cloth with plain water to remove make up. Magic! Love Cindy😊
I agree with you on the facial masks. I have tried a couple of brands of sheet masks, but found that they really did not make a difference. That's great! I've heard the finishing touch was good, but I haven't tried it. Thanks
I am so happy I found your channel thanks for sharing what you have found

Thank you so much for sharing Bobbie, very informative and helpful, you're a doll!! God bless you.
Thank you so much!
Bobbie, you look so good! I told you last week I have become a CeraVe fan and I don't know if I will ever go back to wearing foundation...my skin is definitely looking better. Thank you ♡
I’m so glad it’s working for you. Wow, no foundation would be great!
Since you like oils and Dr. Dray you may like one of her recommendations of Hada Labo cleansing oil. About 6 oz. for $12.98 Amazon.
Thanks, I’ll look into that! 💕
Sona Bran Ican not live without the Hada Labo cleansing oil. It was a game changer for me......leaves absolutely no residue and melts makeup off quickly. I tried the Clinique Cleansing Balm, but did not like it nearly as well as the Hada Labo. Fantastic product.
Thank you for the great informative videos! Do you also continue all the routines down onto the neck area?
Yes, but not exfoliating! Neck skin should be treated like your under eyes. You need to be gentle.
I appreciate your suggestions and advice. Could you tell me if you've ever experienced your face hair to grow back faster and thicker because of shaving? Thank you and keep up the great work 🥰
My hair is exactly the same as when I started shaving over a year ago. I have had no problems.

You are not supposed to use those if you have rosacea.

They used to before I took good care and used good products. Now, they are perfect.
What product do you self tan with
What does your daughter use? I have an 18 year old. She like Arbonne Calm but they have stopped making it.
I am also new to your channel. Love all your videos. I am on WW purple since Feb. I am 60 yrs old and need to lose at least 60 lbs. So thanks for your videos about WW too.
She uses a lot of CerVe but she experiments with new things all the time. Good luck with WW!
Does the clinique take the day off replace both the eye makeup remover and the alboline cleanser in the tub?
Yes, I love it but I wish it cost less. I’m ALWAYS on the lookout for a dupe!
Does your hair grow back more and stiff? Mine did, mine was pretty long so I used one of those razor like you used, I need to do it again, I probably will, I just worry about when I get older, I’ll look like Santa, haha. No, they don't grow back stiff at all. I also pluck some of them around my mouth! It's better to do that instead of shaving them off.
How long do you typically use a product before you decide if it is right or wrong for you? Do you know sometimes right away?
I use a product for at least a few weeks but longer if I am on the fence about it. I try to always say how long I have been using it. I use both Dermalogica and the Elf. A tip for black heads, please.
Sadly, I only deal with white heads so I’m not much help. I use CeraVe SA cleanser and that cleans them out great!
Thank you.
Check out dr dray video on rosacea skin care!
I have watched it. She is amazing.
Going to stay with Clinique Take the Day Off - don't like that greasy feel
I hear ya! It’s hard to beat that stuff! I love it as well!
Oi eu não tô entendendo
Hi 👋 Bobbie, great video 👍 how often do you shave your face? I’ve wanted to try this but I’m so afraid 😱 the hair will grow back thicker. Have you had issues with shaving?
You’re hair won’t grow thicker. I’ve had no issues. I shave every three weeks - approximately. ❤️
Bobbie Koppe Thank you! Have a great week😊
Hi Vickie. I started shaving at the beginning of the year and shave very second week. I purchased from Amazon the "Finishing Touch Flawless". My hair has not grown back thicker.
Deborah Barr perfect! Thank you for the product recommendation 👍😊
