Thank you so much Dr Anne, I was waiting for this video to pop up :D I just dealt with an outbreak of what I think was Malessezia folliculitis and treated it with miconazol cream and selenium sulfide shampoo for about 2 weeks and it is almost completely gone. I got it after I got food poisoning in hot Greece so I think for me all my risk factors alligned as my immune system was compromised by being sick and not being able to wash my face until late in the evening. I did not however visit my dermatologist because there is a long waiting list here in Belgium. I would have made an appointment if it hadn't improved ofcourse. I love your cheeky reference to J Lo haha, I'm glad for her that olive oil makes her skin look so good ;D
Hello, i think i have fungal acnee. Is located on my back of the scalp , and down of my back, sometimes. Only head and shoulders shampo work for me. But it comes back if i dont use the shampo. I dont now what too do anymore.. any advice? Thanks!

The best advice here is to go see a doctor to make sure you have the right diagnosis and get tips on treatment.
