One missing was Australia vs Iran back in qualifying for the 1998 World Cup. Iran were a goal up after the first leg. Australia were leading 2-0 at home midway through the 2nd half of the 2nd leg when a pitch invader cut down one of the nets. The match was stopped momentarily while the net was repaired, and after the disruption Iran scored two quick goals to level the game 2-2 and win the tie on goal difference and go through to the play off against a South American team.
The pitch invader had also invaded centre court at the Australian Open tennis during the men's final around that time as well as interrupting former INXS singer Michael Hutchence's funeral, so he had a history of such things.

It will probably appear on one of your other videos, but I remember two shocking results in European qualifiers such as Switzerland 1 - Luxembourg 2 (WC 2010 qualifiers) and Denmark 0 - Armenia 4 (WC 2014 qualifiers).
For South America, there was a Chile 3 - Brazil 0 (WC 2002 qualifiers) and for North and Central America you could add the “Aztecazo”, which is the first time ever Mexico was defeated at home during a WC Qualifier. It was against Costa Rica for the 2002 WC qualifier
I will also add that Poland defeated Portugal in 2006
Some suggestions for a Part III
-Cyprus 3-2 Spain (1998). Biggest upset in 2000 ECQ. Javier Clemente is sacked.
-"Agony of Doha" Japan 2-2 Iraq, Japan misses 1994 Wc
-Chile 4-0 Peru (1997). Chile reaches Peru in table with one game remaining, goes to WC by goal difference.
-Wales 1-2 Romania (1993). Wales only needed a draw to qualify to 1994 WC. Even they missed a penalty.
-Norway 2-2 Turkey (2007). Norway winning by two and qualifying to 2008 EC, but two TERRIBLE mistakes by Thomas Mhyre ruined everything.
- Georgia 2-0 Scotland (2007) Two games remaining and Scotland needs one win to qualify (also, a Scottish win would get France eliminated from 2008 Euros). Disaster
-Iceland 2-0 Netherlands (2014). The beggining of the fairytale for Iceland, the beggining of a nightmare for the Dutch.
-Macedonia 1-1 Ireland (1999). How to lose a direct qualifying spot in the last kick of the game.
-Ireland 1-0 Netherlands (2001). McATEER!!!!

- Egypt need to win by 2 goals in their last game of the group to tie Algeria in every area of the classification (win, draw, lose, goal conceded, goal scored) and they did after scoring at the 96' min in a chaotic scene when fans throwed stones at the Algerian bus 2 days later which injured a lot of players in the head
This tied situation lead them to an extra game in a neutral location (in Sudan) and Algeria scored a screamer and kept the game to 1-0 to be qualified for their first World Cup in 24 years in South Africa 2010.
