He's closer to a psychopath or if you ascribe to the super sanity theory, not actually either. Point being it's not that he can't experience compassion, he has on multiple occasions demonstrated empathy and compassion towards Bruce. Also, it’s implied that Joker can break the fourth wall, meaning that he finds murder funny because he’s the only one who can see that it it doesn’t really matter. If he could only feel total compassion he might start mercy killing everyone he meets “Deadpool kills the marvel universe” style.

Given how obsessed he was with Bruce and his Robin replacements at the time, there is no way he didn’t know that she replaced Tim. Heck, he probably knew about their similar backgrounds. So righty before Jason decided to show himself, he was faced with the fact that a Robin who showed striking similarities to him had died, Batman had again let the perpetrator live, and had replaced her immediately with Tim. Stephanie was killed by Black Mask. Who does Jason go after first? Black Mask. I bet those gang members he killed were also culpable in her death. What I take from this is that those people he killed during UTRH were not just necessary kills for his plan, but revenge kills for killing another Robin. It also explains his anger over Bruce’s reaction because Jason wasn’t around for the aftermath of his own death, but if Bruce’s handling of Jason’s death wasn’t respectful, he really didn’t pause over Stephanie, and that is what Jason saw.

There was also a year time skip after UTRH.

I very much agree with you on Jason Todd’s motivation. It is (and I think it should be) more than just “fuck the Bat Family.” However, in Arkham Knight, they also changed what happened to Jason. So, it makes more sense for his motive to be “fuck the Bat Fam.” Remember, in Arkham Knight, Jason tells Bruce “You left me to rot in that abandoned wing of Arkham for over a year. With him.” And through Batman’s many flashbacks throughout the game, we can see that Joker did a LOT more than just beat him with a crowbar. I agree his normal motives shouldn’t be “fuck the bat fam.” But, in Arkham Knight, they changed what he went through, so the motive of “fuck the bat fam” makes much more sense. At least in my personal opinion.

In regards to the Lazarus pit we do see Rhas getting a towel to wipe himself after exiting it. We've seen the goo from the pool used on a person in a chamber and they get steam cleaned after. I think it probably feels like a communal pool with just a 1/3 of play slime in it
21:00 I have different ideas on how to imagine the pit depending on what you're doing with it. If you're just in the room then I think it's like being near the sulfer springs of Yellowstone (considering it's ancient magical undergrad water). It gives off heat, has a sulfery smell and generally might be interesting to look at but not take a dip in no matter how safe they tell you it is. If you're just using it to get young than I imagine it's like the most intense and unconventional spa day of your life. Mixed with the feeling of taking a dip in vaporub. Everything tingling and itching with new energy as the wear of literal years is taken off of you. And resurrection I can only imagine as unbearable pain as every nerve and sense awakens and floods your already disoriented brain with signals of "What the fuck is going on!?" And that panic in your system is why it drives the subject mad for a while as it tries to comprehend what's happening. But that's just my opinion. Though I do wonder why it has to look like three parts water and one part slime from Nickolodeon

i always get so excited when i see that notification that youve uploaded. i originally came across your content through a video i found ages ago when i was a little down and its was a "members of the batfam as vines/tiktoks" and your video was the only one i enjoyed out of them all and i believe it was a tim test video or one of the videos with tim jason and bruce but either way i loved it and later that day one of my closest friends sent me the exact same video and from there i just fell in love with your content. it gave me my love for comics back from when i was a kid. i never really read many comics back then but always wanted to, now im starting my own collection now and its just great to be a part of such an amazing community. i never knew about characters like cassandra cain and now shes one of my favourite members of the batfam, also i now have an intense love for red hood and hes now my favourite character in comics full stop. the one comic i remember owning when i was hush and i freaked when i realised jason had technically been a part of my life since i was young i just never really remembered. i would just like to thank you for making such engaging, informative, funny and brilliant content and im looking forward to seeing where this life takes you and sending all the love and support
If the villains knew who Jason was, would it necessarily matter? As far as I remember, Bruce never publicly addressed Jason. They probably thought “oh okay, Batman just took up this street kid to be Robin”, if they even remembered Pre Robin street urchin Jason at all
Dex-starr got adopted by a woman who has NO NAME around the state of New York/New Jersey. One day, a burglar intruded in her room, Dexter swiped and hisses at him and his hissing wakes his owner up to the point where she gets surprised at the intruder. Later on, the woman with no name gets murdered and S**T gets thrown on Dex-Starr. He gets kicked by the NYPD, trapped in a bag, and was thrown into a lake with said bag TO DROWN from other thugs who live in NYC. That's when the red ring of rage find him and he MURDERS said thugs who tried to throw him into the lake. He also gets back to his owner's apartment and MURDERS said NYPD members who kicked him out.
24:00 I think most of Batman's rogues have long figured out who he and the Robins are. I mean most of them are at least smart enough to work it out. Two Face/Harvey worked closely with Batman and was a close friend of Bruce. Riddler (though it's hard to see) is meant to be qn intellectual equal to Batman. Joker figured it out. Freeze, Ivy and Harley are all intelligent scientists with doctorates and were leading minds in their respective fields before they became villains. I think the reason they don't blow this secret is for a number of reasons. Joker and Riddler care more about Batman and revealing the truth just ruins the fun. Harley also doesn't say anything for the Joker. Harvey either won't out of respect to his old friend as a last act as the man he once was or Two Face flipped a coin and secrecy won. Ivy respects the man Bruce is and what he's done even if he gets in her way. Same with Freeze. I think any other criminals don't because they realize no secret identity means Batman goes full time and they do not want that, nor do they want to be the guy that made that happen. We remember what happened to the guy that admitted to CREATING Batman
That’s my thought process around why most villains don’t reveal there heroes secret identities unless your super petty like reverse flash(I’m kinda surprised he hasn’t done that yet)most villains don’t have a good motivation to revel a secret identity,like all that would do is piss your superpower nemesis off and give more free time to kick your ass.And even if they do manage to find out a secret identity and revel it who’s going to trust literal super villains?

For the whole 'Do the villains know' I can't speak for every single villain, but I can speak for Harley Quinn. She definitely knows. She'd actually stop and think about it all. Bruce Wayne aka Batman started off a loner, Dick Grayson's parents died and Bruce adopts Dick Grayson and a few weeks later Batman has a sidekick named Robin. After a few years, Dick Grayson suddenly leaves and goes to Blüdhaven where Nightwing pops up. After a while this new Robin shows up along with Jason Todd being adopted by Bruce Wayne. And it just goes from there. She knows but she doesn't want to say anything.
i think the lazarus pit is probably warm, but most likely from an actual heating element. hell, maybe the Al Ghul's filled up a jacuzzi with the stuff. it's probably also slimy and feels a bit thicker/wetter than lake water.

Panda you missed one thing about the black lanterns and that is their is a second way to remove their rings. If a black lantern is hit by the power of 2 or more lanterns of different colors it will overload and destroy the black lanterns rings. That is how they were able to hold back the black lanterns during the war of light

He can shoot ghost rays, make forcefields, and mold ectoplasm into constructs, duplicate; he's got electro, cryo, and pyro kinesis; turn into data and surf the internet, and dream walk; his ultimate move is going black canary on someone with his Ghostly Wail, and his edgy evil future self that destroyed the world could open portals to and from the afterlife at will and he learned the scream attack by seeing his evil self do it a total of 3 times so I'm counting the portal thing. He's fucking ridiculous, and I love him

Okaybas a Danny phantom fan I'm gonna correct you real quick: dream walking was just possession, he just possessed his friends while they were under nocturns spell, i have no idea where you got the cloud and pyrokenesis, or the electrokenesis. Granted I haven't seen the show in a while so I might have forgotten what episodes these powers appeared in but none of them are popping up in my memory. The only thing I think qualifies as pyrokenesis is the ecto energy blasts he does because they leave scorch marks

It was only in the small place of time after MOS that Batman was hunting criminals like the human traffickers & mercenaries in the movie and killing them the goal but didn’t care about the damage that he did to them anymore till the end of the movie.

You've got Jason right for sure. Making him Punisher 2 is a mistake and misses out on major opportunities to tie him to a family of heroes, which Punisher doesn't have. It's like eating Thanksgiving dinner but only eating turkey: they're leaving SO much if what makes the character unique on the plate! Come on, DC, give Panda a Red Hood six issue mini series and watch him knock it out of the park.
Honestly I’m surprised that Jason didn’t blow up the Terra statue at Titans Tower. I know seeing that would piss me off. He died because after being beaten to near death, he tried to save his mom who ratted him out to the Joker from dying in an explosion. Meanwhile Terra got herself killed after willingly betraying all of the people who treated her with kindness. Because she was a sociopath she tried to kill all of them along with Deathstroke, the person she thought had betrayed her, by collapsed a cave on top of herself. If you ask me Jason deserved a memorial, not just in the Bat-Cave but in Titans Tower as well. He died a far more heroic death. I think that’s one of the elements I liked from young justice, the grotto that honoured all the fallen members of the League and the Team.
Honestly, as a manga fan, when thinking of characters you'd play really well while also trying to keep it to names you might actually know, Future Trunks comes to mind immediately. I also think you'd do a pretty decent Doflamingo from One Piece, but you're not old enough yet.

Like so, let’s say a green lantern makes a gun, they will most likely make a gun that they remember, so would you think that the construct would feel like a gun? Personally I don't think any of batmans rouges (joker excluded) know Jason's name, but I do think several of them have connected the red hood with the 2nd dead Robin and are just terrified of both bats and red hood so they don't ask for confirmation Also its like my personal theory that since bats rouges aren't all completely convinced he's human as opposed to just some vengeful demon, they tend to not realize just how many Robin's there have been since they think the child is a spirit/demon as well
Villains who Know who Jason is in my opinion: Talia/ Ras Al gul (Talia was involved in his training) Harley Quinn Joker (by extension possible punchline if it came up in conversation) Deathstroke ( His had a Past relationship with his Daughter and Slade has shown up to him twice looking for help getting her out of trouble he got her into) Hush penguin ( RHATO #24) batman who Laughs. Essene ( former partner and frankly a character I don't want to see again now the Lobdell books are over, hell scratch that they can just retcon out the whole alcast for all I care ) But also this isn't factoring in the Fact Jason is Both a Arkham Patient and a Black gate Prisoner with the relevant files. so it could be a Frank castle situation where they all Know but they don't go after him for fear of getting their head blown off with a Pistol or worse
You have me wondering now - If a lantern made a flamethrower or some other construct that caught things on fire, would the fire still be there/burn after the construct was ended?
I went into a local comic store to see if they had ONE! specific item and to look at their used section for any out of print items I'm hunting down. I spent over 400$. Forgot to get the one item I meant to look for, kind of, I had a volume 3 of the series but it was the wrong volume 3 from a different run. I had even googled to check. My head canon on the emotional rings, loosely based off the Blue Rings depenecy on Green Rings. White and Black are anchor points holding the emotional spectrum together. Green is the link from Life and Death, maybe pivot point might be a better discriptor, no emotions work without will power to drive it. Even yellow needs a certain amount of will power to cause cause great fear. But fear causes will power to stumble. Will power as the pivot point/link underlines all other emotions. I also see Blue Lanterns of Hope as a better opposite of Yellow Lanterns of Fear because while fear can stale you hope can drive you forward past the fear. Edit: fixed typo and grammar.

My theory about GL constructs is that they feel however the user thinks they should feel. A bed should feel like a bed, a fist should feel like a fist, etc. So if a GL thinks that a mallet should feel like a hunk of wood, it'll feel like a hunk of wood. If another Lantern thinks that it should feel like a hard rubber mallet, then it'll feel like a hard rubber mallet. So while not necessarily feeling like artificially smooth plastic, I'd imagine that it just feels like however they think it should feel.

I very much agree with you on Jason Todd’s motivation. It is (and I think it should be) more than just “fuck the Bat Family.”
However, in Arkham Knight, they also changed what happened to Jason. So, it makes more sense for his motive to be “fuck the Bat Fam.”
Remember, in Arkham Knight, Jason tells Bruce “You left me to rot in that abandoned wing of Arkham for over a year. With him.” And through Batman’s many flashbacks throughout the game, we can see that Joker did a LOT more than just beat him with a crowbar.
I agree his normal motives shouldn’t be “fuck the bat fam.” But, in Arkham Knight, they changed what he went through, so the motive of “fuck the bat fam” makes much more sense. At least in my personal opinion.

In regards to the Lazarus pit we do see Rhas getting a towel to wipe himself after exiting it. We've seen the goo from the pool used on a person in a chamber and they get steam cleaned after. I think it probably feels like a communal pool with just a 1/3 of play slime in it
21:00 I have different ideas on how to imagine the pit depending on what you're doing with it.
If you're just in the room then I think it's like being near the sulfer springs of Yellowstone (considering it's ancient magical undergrad water). It gives off heat, has a sulfery smell and generally might be interesting to look at but not take a dip in no matter how safe they tell you it is.
If you're just using it to get young than I imagine it's like the most intense and unconventional spa day of your life. Mixed with the feeling of taking a dip in vaporub. Everything tingling and itching with new energy as the wear of literal years is taken off of you.
And resurrection I can only imagine as unbearable pain as every nerve and sense awakens and floods your already disoriented brain with signals of "What the fuck is going on!?" And that panic in your system is why it drives the subject mad for a while as it tries to comprehend what's happening.
But that's just my opinion. Though I do wonder why it has to look like three parts water and one part slime from Nickolodeon

i always get so excited when i see that notification that youve uploaded. i originally came across your content through a video i found ages ago when i was a little down and its was a "members of the batfam as vines/tiktoks" and your video was the only one i enjoyed out of them all and i believe it was a tim test video or one of the videos with tim jason and bruce but either way i loved it and later that day one of my closest friends sent me the exact same video and from there i just fell in love with your content. it gave me my love for comics back from when i was a kid. i never really read many comics back then but always wanted to, now im starting my own collection now and its just great to be a part of such an amazing community. i never knew about characters like cassandra cain and now shes one of my favourite members of the batfam, also i now have an intense love for red hood and hes now my favourite character in comics full stop. the one comic i remember owning when i was hush and i freaked when i realised jason had technically been a part of my life since i was young i just never really remembered. i would just like to thank you for making such engaging, informative, funny and brilliant content and im looking forward to seeing where this life takes you and sending all the love and support

He gets kicked by the NYPD, trapped in a bag, and was thrown into a lake with said bag TO DROWN from other thugs who live in NYC. That's when the red ring of rage find him and he MURDERS said thugs who tried to throw him into the lake. He also gets back to his owner's apartment and MURDERS said NYPD members who kicked him out.

24:00 I think most of Batman's rogues have long figured out who he and the Robins are. I mean most of them are at least smart enough to work it out. Two Face/Harvey worked closely with Batman and was a close friend of Bruce. Riddler (though it's hard to see) is meant to be qn intellectual equal to Batman. Joker figured it out. Freeze, Ivy and Harley are all intelligent scientists with doctorates and were leading minds in their respective fields before they became villains.
I think the reason they don't blow this secret is for a number of reasons.
Joker and Riddler care more about Batman and revealing the truth just ruins the fun. Harley also doesn't say anything for the Joker.
Harvey either won't out of respect to his old friend as a last act as the man he once was or Two Face flipped a coin and secrecy won.
Ivy respects the man Bruce is and what he's done even if he gets in her way. Same with Freeze.
I think any other criminals don't because they realize no secret identity means Batman goes full time and they do not want that, nor do they want to be the guy that made that happen. We remember what happened to the guy that admitted to CREATING Batman

I actually lived through the "New Blackhawks" and they were truly regretable. Pretty much on par with Ric Grayson.
For the whole 'Do the villains know' I can't speak for every single villain, but I can speak for Harley Quinn. She definitely knows. She'd actually stop and think about it all. Bruce Wayne aka Batman started off a loner, Dick Grayson's parents died and Bruce adopts Dick Grayson and a few weeks later Batman has a sidekick named Robin. After a few years, Dick Grayson suddenly leaves and goes to Blüdhaven where Nightwing pops up. After a while this new Robin shows up along with Jason Todd being adopted by Bruce Wayne. And it just goes from there. She knows but she doesn't want to say anything.
i think the lazarus pit is probably warm, but most likely from an actual heating element. hell, maybe the Al Ghul's filled up a jacuzzi with the stuff. it's probably also slimy and feels a bit thicker/wetter than lake water.

Panda you missed one thing about the black lanterns and that is their is a second way to remove their rings. If a black lantern is hit by the power of 2 or more lanterns of different colors it will overload and destroy the black lanterns rings.
That is how they were able to hold back the black lanterns during the war of light

He can shoot ghost rays, make forcefields, and mold ectoplasm into constructs, duplicate; he's got electro, cryo, and pyro kinesis; turn into data and surf the internet, and dream walk; his ultimate move is going black canary on someone with his Ghostly Wail, and his edgy evil future self that destroyed the world could open portals to and from the afterlife at will and he learned the scream attack by seeing his evil self do it a total of 3 times so I'm counting the portal thing.

Granted I haven't seen the show in a while so I might have forgotten what episodes these powers appeared in but none of them are popping up in my memory. The only thing I think qualifies as pyrokenesis is the ecto energy blasts he does because they leave scorch marks

You've got Jason right for sure. Making him Punisher 2 is a mistake and misses out on major opportunities to tie him to a family of heroes, which Punisher doesn't have. It's like eating Thanksgiving dinner but only eating turkey: they're leaving SO much if what makes the character unique on the plate! Come on, DC, give Panda a Red Hood six issue mini series and watch him knock it out of the park.

Honestly I’m surprised that Jason didn’t blow up the Terra statue at Titans Tower. I know seeing that would piss me off.
He died because after being beaten to near death, he tried to save his mom who ratted him out to the Joker from dying in an explosion.
Meanwhile Terra got herself killed after willingly betraying all of the people who treated her with kindness. Because she was a sociopath she tried to kill all of them along with Deathstroke, the person she thought had betrayed her, by collapsed a cave on top of herself.
If you ask me Jason deserved a memorial, not just in the Bat-Cave but in Titans Tower as well. He died a far more heroic death.
I think that’s one of the elements I liked from young justice, the grotto that honoured all the fallen members of the League and the Team.

I can relate to being left in a store and coming out with way more comics than intended. It's how I ended up with Fraction's Hawkeye series.
Personally I don't think any of batmans rouges (joker excluded) know Jason's name, but I do think several of them have connected the red hood with the 2nd dead Robin and are just terrified of both bats and red hood so they don't ask for confirmation
Also its like my personal theory that since bats rouges aren't all completely convinced he's human as opposed to just some vengeful demon, they tend to not realize just how many Robin's there have been since they think the child is a spirit/demon as well

I went into a local comic store to see if they had ONE! specific item and to look at their used section for any out of print items I'm hunting down. I spent over 400$. Forgot to get the one item I meant to look for, kind of, I had a volume 3 of the series but it was the wrong volume 3 from a different run. I had even googled to check.
My head canon on the emotional rings, loosely based off the Blue Rings depenecy on Green Rings.
White and Black are anchor points holding the emotional spectrum together.
Green is the link from Life and Death, maybe pivot point might be a better discriptor, no emotions work without will power to drive it.
Even yellow needs a certain amount of will power to cause cause great fear. But fear causes will power to stumble.
Will power as the pivot point/link underlines all other emotions.
I also see Blue Lanterns of Hope as a better opposite of Yellow Lanterns of Fear because while fear can stale you hope can drive you forward past the fear.

My theory about GL constructs is that they feel however the user thinks they should feel. A bed should feel like a bed, a fist should feel like a fist, etc. So if a GL thinks that a mallet should feel like a hunk of wood, it'll feel like a hunk of wood. If another Lantern thinks that it should feel like a hard rubber mallet, then it'll feel like a hard rubber mallet. So while not necessarily feeling like artificially smooth plastic, I'd imagine that it just feels like however they think it should feel.
