I want to know if Panda’s ever made a superhero OC and what that OC was like, I love designing superheroes so I’d love to design him as a superhero based on what kinds of powers he’d want.
Litteraly the best part of my day. Also my answer to "ruinined" actors is panda. He will for ever be Jason tod to me. I love Jensen but panda took that spot in my brain for ever
I bet if they make a movie or a series that potray Jason like an actual dude and more than an edgy-traumatised-antihero, they'll borrow a lot of mannerisms from thepandaredd. Edit: I refuse to acknowledge (Jason) Titan's existence.
Oh god, the alien-parasites-that-eat-spinal-fluid just seemed fairly normal when I saw this on TikTok, but between watching it then and watching the compilation now, I've actually read the entire Death and Return of Superman arc, and those alien parasites actually first turned up there. They have a surprising amount of relevance, and their initial assaults are one of the major details that the substitute Supermen have to deal with, particularly Steel and Superboy. What wasn't mentioned here was that these fuckers are gigantic Warhammer-demon looking bastards with elongated skull faces and wings and weird bodies. They're even more 90s than their own creations. (Also present in that arc is Superman's mullet. I previously thought that the mullet was just the result of him not getting a haircut while he was regrowing, but actually when they first show him in the Solar Suit in the fortress, he has his normal hairstyle, and then when he gets out of the Kryptonian Warsuit upon arrival to Metropolis he just has long hair. So apparently he just grew it while he was taking his mech-ride across the seafloor.)
Personally, for the day-to-day criminal (looking at you Bill), the spandex costume is the way to go, but in situations where Batman has to go toe-to-toe with the more "intense" variety of villain, then armouring up doesn't sound too ridiculous Also my depression cure is non-stop either Gurren Lagann binge, or DragonForce blasting, aaaaannnnddd because I just got to that part of the video: due to it being my go to for a long time in regards to superhero skits, in my head Deadpool has his ItsJustSomeRandomGuy's voice from the "I'm a Marvel, and I'm a DC"/Whatever "Hour" series
Oh and because I literally had that moment after watching the vid: "ruined" actor for me is Bruce Campbell; after Burn Notice man, all I see is Sam Axe/Chuck Finley
To answer the Deadpool's voice question, my first exposure to Deadpool was from the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon (don't judge) where he was voiced by Will Friedle, aka Ron Stoppable from Kim Possible. So, yeah up until the movies came out, Deadpool kind of sounded like Ron Stoppable to me. Love your content so much, sorry to hear you came down with COVID man, that sucks
27:57 I would say I'm a fan of that middle ground because it is sort of more accurate and semi-realistic (in a fictional sense) and it also reminds me a bit about batfleck, his suit seemed more padded underneath and looked like just a regular suit however he moved just as fast and hit even harder whenever he was in a fight.
Your videos gave me the push to start collecting comics after I have debated it for ages because I was worried about to where to get them and cause I wanted to read them. The day after I decided to collect comics I went to my local thrift store and found 30 issues of the 04 teen Titans series for a dollar a piece and two issues of Robin from the 90s and I got them and my collection has just taken off from there. Your videos are great the discussions are great and so many of your skits make me laugh, you have got to be one of my favorite content creators.
the BvSDOJ bat suit is armored but looks like spandex and that's why I like it, I think they should wait until batman is much older and slower to increase the armor
I know the person that did the rules of the bat-family cross stitch! They are incredible, I didn't know you while they where doing it but I'm so happy to see you enjoyed it!!!
Headcannon each bat suit is designed to instill a different fear. By this I mean with armor plating how is a guy that seems indestructible and and takes all your buddies one by one in brutal visible fashion giving the idea that he dont give a shit about if the guy he took down is still breathing or not. where as he is in the less armored suit, you cannot find the guy, each time you turn around another henchmen is gone, if you catch a flicker of the bat, he is leading you to where he wants you to go. Each suit has a different fear that he wants to instill at a time and criminals don't know if he is untouchable of indestructible and they don't know what is worse, making them even more terrified.
I think a giant, metal bat demon tanking bullets, covered in armor as it takes you down at high speed is a little more intimidating than a dude with bat ears and spandex. Just me.
to me Deadpool's voice changes from smokers lung to a Nolan north, depending on the speech bubbles like to me his voice is always in flux cause his throat is always healing/decaying. like the round yellow ones are more sore throat sounding where as the round white are more smooth Nolan north and the square/red ones are smokers lung sounding
I 100 percent agree with you on the peacemaker stuff its like my dad was super excited for it and i really wasnt but once i actually started watching it i really enjoyed it.
27:00 about the armor stuff, I agree for the most part, but I did REALLY like how the Arkham Knight Batman looked. It felt like the perfect balance and didn’t feel like a suit of medieval armor
I feel awful about it. But I only see Tony Stark when I see Robert Downy Jr. Dude had a storied acting career and an arguably bigger one in the tabloids. But... Yeah. He's Tony Stark.
Yu Yu Hakusho is one of my FAVORITE series. I'm not a comic person ( i like hearing about it, but i don't read it) so i can't speak to if it's similar to stuff you know but it's still really good. I definitely recommend it whenever you get a chance
y'know its funny, I see Hugh Jackman as Van Helsing more than I see him as Wolverine. He is definitely Wolverine and no one else can fill the spot to me, but no other man can fill the roll of Van Helsing either.
I like the arkam city suit it looks like its spandex but he can take a gunshot to the chest but he won't die and the suit during the game the suit takes burns, gunshots and cuts but still batman isn't dead (this example is a batsuit that can still take damage but isn't pure armor)
At this point, I think we have gone through enough of the regrettable superheroes book that panda redd could make some skits about them. I'd love to see panthoma (I'm 100% sure I spelled that wrong) or kid eternity get Tim tested lmao
Personally I always read deadpool in different voices because I figured he'd be weird like that as well as how often he loses his head his vocal chords probably would be versatile from healing so many times
I felt the Peaky Blinders bit in my soul. The exact same thing happened to me and I can't watch "Jurassic Park" the same way again. Also can't watch the Nolan Batman movies without saying "There's Mr. Shelby" anymore.
3:06 For me, it's Nolan North He plays the Penguin and various goons in Arkham City but all I can ever hear is Deadpool (and with Penguin, Deadpool putting on a halfway-decent Cockney accent)
On the topic of accidental cosplay. I was at the store once and realized that I had somehow been dressed by the costume department of "Supernatural", Combatboots, jeans, T-shirt, flanal overshirt, jacket, and even a corded necklace.
Gonna mention Peaky Blinders, and not even discuss that Thomas. FUCKING. Shelby is played by our only filmed live action Scarecrow, and also had a time with Seabiscuit? Because, Peaky Blinders is the only thing I can see him in now.
Hey Panda, this is the first time I commented on one of your videos, so I want to open by saying I really enjoy your content. Discovered your Bat Family compilation by chance one night last year and now I look forward to every new release. My brother and I were watching this particular video when a question popped into my head, and I had to ask. Have you heard about the Justice League crossover comic with Rooster Teeth's RWBY? RWBY itself is something I, while vaguely knowing of it, only got into it during the early months of Covid after a family tragedy and the massive alterations to life connected to both. But it turned out to be exactly what the doctor ordered, becoming a new favorite series in this new chapter of my life and a bandage to my spirit. Even helped inspire me to become something of a content creator too. I've been a DC fan since I was a kid, so I had to check this comic out, just to see what happened. So simply put, no reason to go out of your way on this, but I value you opinion and I'm just curious about your answer. Can't wait for the February videos and the many awesome games you will bring to life post school. P.S. Sorry about catching Covid, got hit myself around the holidays.
Brett Dalton from AOS. I will only ever see him as Grant Ward, trying to watch him in other things has been ruined because I only see Ward and always have this feeling that his character should not be trusted in any way
You think you're dressed like the Punisher? Mate! put the cloths on again, stand Infront of the full length mirror and say "You talking to me? sleep saying it. you'll work it out.
The armor in Arkham games actually looks like it's designed to not be Standard armor but a Suit made using Kevlar Mesh And the Bat Emblem is mentioned to be Heavily Armored
Honestly accidental cosplaying is amazing. Now that I finally have black boots and a black jacket it's only a matter of time before I go out looking like Jessica Jones (minus the whiskey bottle, lmao!)
Actors that I can't not see as a specific role? I have a few: - Tom Hiddleston as Loki - I saw him in the live-action King Kong and I couldn't not see Loki the entire time he was on-screen. - Wentworth Miller as David Scott - David Scott is from a mini-series called 'Dinotopia' which I used to watch a lot growing up. Those are the only ones that come to mind atm, but I'm sure there are more, lol.
Upon a think, i think deadpool soundind like he has phlegm in his woice. PLague voice. Like his woice is constantly that breaking adolescent-boy voice with a throat full of blood, just constantly breaking as the tumors grow and regrow. Like voice changing mid-word like a level 100 voice actor playing a possesed person. Uncanny, but the more hurt he is, the greater amoint of words in a sentence his voice sounds the same, because his cancer is busy regrowing something else. Maybe wichever box is talking at the time affects his accent? Just sounding like a crazy person 80' stereotype. edit: i just want to say i do know how to spell, just not on 6 hours of sleep after a night shift.
Say what you will, wearing your dead mothers scarf, your dead fathers suit, beating the shit out of people barehanded, and then committing serial vandalism on the Chief of Police to alert the authorities bad guys are ready to go to jail is not in any way a regrettable hero. Thats the best character ever.
i wonder what panda’s opinions on swamp thing is? i finished a couple of swamp thing’s graphic novels from the 90’s and i have no words to describe it-
Has anyone ever said you're really fucking wholesome when not in character? Also, Yu Yu Hakusho is a pretty great classic anime. ESPECIALLY dubbed. Apparently the original had rather simple dialogue but the dub made everyone sarcastic and snarky as fuck and I love it for that.
For me on the actors & roles that overtake your mind thing... Hugh Jackman. Dude's a great actor in various movies. He's in one of the bigger musicals in recent years with The Greatest Showman that saw many covers of its songs... But goddamn my mind will always go "oh yeah that's Wolverine". Also on the Japanese voice actor side of things. Ikue Otani. She's been around for YEARS! She's Pikachu. She's Morgana in Persona 5. She's Konohamaru in Naruto. Probably a bunch of lesser known roles I've yet to see that might be in my anime backlog. But for me. She's Tony Tony Chopper in One Piece. I've been watching that story unfold for years & basically any of those VAs, I can't unhear as the One Piece characters.
Johnny Young Bosh. He voices characters such as Ichigo (bleach) and Broly (Dragonball Super) yet I first saw him as the second black ranger from mighty morphin power rangers. Now I can't think of those other two without imaging them going "It's morphin time!"
I love that the Skele-Gro just became a part of Bill's look
And he hangs the Bat repellant on the door despite knowing it won't work on People... Because Criminals are a superstitious lot
I want to know if Panda’s ever made a superhero OC and what that OC was like, I love designing superheroes so I’d love to design him as a superhero based on what kinds of powers he’d want.
Try reaching out to him on Twitter, Twitch or TikTok, he’ll maybe respond but he has a lot of followers, good luck 👍🏼
Ngl i feel like his power would be something sarcastic or some quip kinda thing
Bill is technically a villain OC.
That’d be so cool tho
So like "God" or Edna Mode
The mad hatter choosing to not wear a hat, and instead putting a logo of a hat on his chest is the funniest thing to me
Bill has it's own fan club, and we all love Bill
Yeah I 100% feel like the bat kids say hi to Bill when they kick his ass lol
Litteraly the best part of my day. Also my answer to "ruinined" actors is panda. He will for ever be Jason tod to me. I love Jensen but panda took that spot in my brain for ever

Edit: I refuse to acknowledge (Jason) Titan's existence.
@@anentity8960 same -.- I took one look at the new one and just fucking couldn't. I can stand the new titans personally.
Oh god, the alien-parasites-that-eat-spinal-fluid just seemed fairly normal when I saw this on TikTok, but between watching it then and watching the compilation now, I've actually read the entire Death and Return of Superman arc, and those alien parasites actually first turned up there. Always a good day when Panda posts.

YES! Someone else uses Gurren Lagann as a depression cure!
Oh and because I literally had that moment after watching the vid: "ruined" actor for me is Bruce Campbell; after Burn Notice man, all I see is Sam Axe/Chuck Finley
I really wanna see like, a skit with the idea that Marvel vs. Capcom was a thing. Those skits would just be damn awesome.
Okay. Now I need a compilation of Panda just geeking out and being excited about his fans sending him stuff.
Omg same! I also think that was a really good way to handle a pg Deadpool, one who is obviously and excessively censoring himself
Dude I would love for tim to attempt the tim test on some of these regrettable superheroes
Oh god
I remember Gunfire. He turned a ladder into a gun during Invasion
I think I’ve seen that
Your videos gave me the push to start collecting comics after I have debated it for ages because I was worried about to where to get them and cause I wanted to read them. Now I know why Phoenix Wright wasn't named Justin, and man I need Justin Wright in Gotham to happen. 😂
the BvSDOJ bat suit is armored but looks like spandex and that's why I like it, I think they should wait until batman is much older and slower to increase the armor

3:10 Owen Wilson. I can only here either Jedediah from Night at the Museum or Lightning McQueen.
Know what my depression cure is watching panda red videos
Panda needs to voice act for games and instead of Tim Holland for Nathan Drake they could have castes panda
I think a giant, metal bat demon tanking bullets, covered in armor as it takes you down at high speed is a little more intimidating than a dude with bat ears and spandex. Just me.
"it was a crazy month this week"
to me Deadpool's voice changes from smokers lung to a Nolan north, depending on the speech bubbles like to me his voice is always in flux cause his throat is always healing/decaying.

I 100 percent agree with you on the peacemaker stuff its like my dad was super excited for it and i really wasnt but once i actually started watching it i really enjoyed it.
This man is the only person I know that fits having a mohawk so well. Keep being awesome and making awesome stuff Panda!
27:00 about the armor stuff, I agree for the most part, but I did REALLY like how the Arkham Knight Batman looked. It felt like the perfect balance and didn’t feel like a suit of medieval armor
Hey panda you do realize even when wearing actual real ballistic body armor if you are shot will leave bruises and can even still break bone
You are awesome! I love the engagement you have with your fans!!
My life's GOAL is to one day be able to send this man a gift because by god he deserves it more than any creator i've seen so far
That is why Deadpool's voice is gravelly in Xmen legends apocalypse and MUA1 by crypt keeper John Kassir.
Gonna be honest, after this video I now kinda imagine Deadpool sounds like Suction Cup Man
The sheer stupidity of gatekeepers is truly astounding.
I officially want Denis leary to voice deadpool now
I feel awful about it. But I only see Tony Stark when I see Robert Downy Jr. Dude had a storied acting career and an arguably bigger one in the tabloids. But... Yeah. He's Tony Stark.
I feel the college struggle in this one. Don’t worry brother we will seize the means of production
My depression cure is either showering or baking/cooking
I only see Robert Pattinson is ONLY batman now
32:00 John Kassir, them cords sounded _fucked_ but his tone still either had whimsy or irrational anger
25:09 the funniest part is that he could grab his goggles and make them into a gun and THEN he's really ginger cyclops.
Yu Yu Hakusho is one of my FAVORITE series. I'm not a comic person ( i like hearing about it, but i don't read it) so i can't speak to if it's similar to stuff you know but it's still really good. I definitely recommend it whenever you get a chance
Hugh Jackman has been ruined for me. I absolutely loves him as Wolverine, and now that's all he is. No matter what I watch him in he's just Wolverine
See... I see Hugh Jackman from Paper Back Hero and it makes me know that Wolverine just wants to write Romance Novels while driving Road Trains.
y'know its funny, I see Hugh Jackman as Van Helsing more than I see him as Wolverine. He is definitely Wolverine and no one else can fill the spot to me, but no other man can fill the roll of Van Helsing either.
As long as they both write Trashy Romance novels, I'm still good. :)
for me he'll always be P. T. Barnum
I like the arkam city suit it looks like its spandex but he can take a gunshot to the chest but he won't die and the suit during the game the suit takes burns, gunshots and cuts but still batman isn't dead (this example is a batsuit that can still take damage but isn't pure armor)
Also, my Deadpool voice cannon is sadly Ron Stoppable, thanks to Ultimate Spider-Man.
At this point, I think we have gone through enough of the regrettable superheroes book that panda redd could make some skits about them. I'd love to see panthoma (I'm 100% sure I spelled that wrong) or kid eternity get Tim tested lmao
I'm sorry I didn't get here sooner!!! Love your videos bud.
Out of all the I "Accidentally" did something tik toks this one is the realest
3:06
For me, it's Nolan North
He plays the Penguin and various goons in Arkham City
but all I can ever hear is Deadpool (and with Penguin, Deadpool putting on a halfway-decent Cockney accent)

P.S. Sorry about catching Covid, got hit myself around the holidays.
Captain Truth, super-powered orphan... Alfred is nervously smoking in the corner expecting a call for him to call the guy. :P
I can't stop hearing the Deadpool from the Japanese dub. ZA WORLDO!!!
"MAD isn't exactly what I associate with heroism."
Please see Red Hood and Deadpool in BOTH senses of the word.
It amazes me that mark Hamill also voiced hobgoblin in the Spiderman animated series
I'd love to know what Panda's opinion on the Ultimate Spider-Man's Deadpool
Brett Dalton from AOS. I will only ever see him as Grant Ward, trying to watch him in other things has been ruined because I only see Ward and always have this feeling that his character should not be trusted in any way
You think you're dressed like the Punisher? Mate! put the cloths on again, stand Infront of the full length mirror and say "You talking to me? sleep saying it. you'll work it out.
4:06 Luke Skywalker, as they make the best joker, also Tara strong as the girl from Clifford the big red dog.
34:08 Wait, you don't have an inner monologue?
I always kinda imagined Deadpool sounds like Brian Pillman
Bill has become unstoppable
Steve Erwin's name threw me off so bad you have no idea
i legit thought that the crocodile hunter was secretly a DC comics person.
Another masterpiece
The armor in Arkham games actually looks like it's designed to not be Standard armor but a Suit made using Kevlar Mesh
And the Bat Emblem is mentioned to be Heavily Armored
You can use that bat pandaredd logo when Bruce called the guy for you
Honestly accidental cosplaying is amazing. Now that I finally have black boots and a black jacket it's only a matter of time before I go out looking like Jessica Jones (minus the whiskey bottle, lmao!)
Actors that I can't not see as a specific role? I have a few:

Those are the only ones that come to mind atm, but I'm sure there are more, lol.
Why did I imagine Deadpool sounding like Johnny Cash at the end of his life.
3:58 He died as he lived a piece of shit. (The character). Inspector Campbell from Peaky Blinders.
Gunfire is a rip off cyclops and gambit with his power
Basically Deadpool sounds like if Grunkle Stan had pneumonia
i just always felt like deadpool would constantly change his voice a little to fuck with people. and change how high or low it was and allat
i wonder what panda’s opinions on swamp thing is? i finished a couple of swamp thing’s graphic novels from the 90’s and i have no words to describe it-
Anyone else kinda wanna read the fanfic?
Justin Wright is the definition of Chaotic Good and you cant prove me wrong. 20:22
When you cosplay so much that you accidentally cosplay
YES NEW VIDEO!!!!!!!!
I got to meet the guy who wrote The Psychology of Batman at a lecture at comic con, it was the best!
My favorite old incarnation of Deadpool's voice was in Marvel Ultimate Alliance
Deadpool has two Definitive Main Voices to play him
Ryan Reynolds and Nolan North
Has anyone ever said you're really fucking wholesome when not in character?
Also, Yu Yu Hakusho is a pretty great classic anime. ESPECIALLY dubbed. Apparently the original had rather simple dialogue but the dub made everyone sarcastic and snarky as fuck and I love it for that.
also the main character has SERIOUS Jason Todd vibes
Let's get that Modern Captain Truth revival going!
04:09 Or Travis Bickle. Especially with the mohawk.
I fucking knew it was gonna be skele-gro the second I heard it was for Bill
I know I'm 9 months late, but:
Sam Neill being Satan in Peaky Blinders makes a lot of sense if you've seen the Omen III and Event Horizon
If 90s Denis Leary was THE Deadpool voice, then Nolan North did pretty well, I think. Maybe a tad more gravelly?
For me on the actors & roles that overtake your mind thing... Hugh Jackman. Dude's a great actor in various movies. He's in one of the bigger musicals in recent years with The Greatest Showman that saw many covers of its songs... But goddamn my mind will always go "oh yeah that's Wolverine".

Johnny Young Bosh. He voices characters such as Ichigo (bleach) and Broly (Dragonball Super) yet I first saw him as the second black ranger from mighty morphin power rangers. Now I can't think of those other two without imaging them going "It's morphin time!"
the Arkham City suit is my favorite batsuit
31:50 I searched the bahamas to doctor dooms layer from the bat cave to the alps rinse and repeat to find this discussion
god damn it, I want to read that fanfic...
Based on the description for Deadpool's voice, I guess you could also say that he has a similar voice as Steve-o
I need that bat-signal night light!
Now i wanna know if anyone has come at the batfam with bat repellent
