Aunt and Uncle had a pinball machine right when you walked in the front door. I don't remember anything that was written on it... it was blue and it had 2 characters that looked like silver surfer, 1 male and 1 female.
I was 14. The game was High Speed. I now have a High Speed, Cyclone, Pinbot, Bride of Pinbot, Funhouse, Whirlwind, Addams Family, Cactus Canyon and ONE Stern - Godzilla. I guess you could say I fell in love. Addams Family and High Speed will be the last games I ever sell. Cool video tutorial of Comet. I owned a Hurricane. It didn't stick around long.
I got one for ya....I am one of the very few that owns a Robbi the Robot for NES with the Gyromite game...do you know what I am talking about? Most have never heard of it, but I still have it, and it works perfectly.
Where's the love for the 70s kids? Joking aside, i can't recall the 1st table I played. I do remember waiting in a line to play Hercules when it first appeared in either Hampton Beach NH, or Salisbury Beach, MA.
I think the first pin I ever played was Black Hole at the mall arcade back when I was about 5…I recall it had a black backglass, a lower playfield, and it was hard as hell. I lost very quickly and decided to spend my quarters on Ms. Pac Man and Dig Dug instead ;) A few years later I got much more into it playing Cyclone and Party Animal at a bowling alley.
my first pinball machine was The Addams Family Machine, i went to this enormous arcade ym parents would bring me to called Funspot in New Hampshire, and the Addams family cabinet was my fathers favorite cabinet and the first one i remember playing on, and to this day, each time i go, i seek out that machine.
First sonnnn!!!! ❤️🤘🤘

Maybe, you'll find the pinball you remember on IPDB by doing an advanced search by theme with keyword "surf" ? Good Luck :-)
Saturday Night Fever with the "Banana" flippers. It was at the "MAC" terminal on Hickam AFB in Honolulu. Late 70's early 80's I think.
My first real pinball was The Simpsons, and Sonic Spinball for video games.
Do you play virtual pinball? It my new obsession this year.
Absolutely love it
I find the virtual pinball tables very appealing. They look and feel off an old pinball table without the hassle.
Favorite was Adam's Family. No clue how much money I dumped into that one.
