    I'm a big fan of putting clear washers under the slings to replace the metal ones. It allows the light to shine through and looks nice. Food for thought.

      Yes, I'm sure Stern could do some amazing stuff with this title in today's era! I wonder if they still have any of the license

    Hey pimp. Can you give me some more info on the custom piece you cut to avoid stuck balls in the upper part of the playfield? The orbit that goes under the guy in the horse isn’t smooth for me. I get a lot of balls that will rattle or veer off course when going through that loop.

      @@foxbodystang8587 you might have to check your ball guides for the problem you’re talking about. The piece of metal I cut was just a cover where the original plastic had broken and the ball was able to fall down between some ball guides and get stuck. The piece I cut eliminated that but had nothing to do with the way the ball travels around the orbits

      @@ThePinballNoob yes it’s a pretty easy game to shop out and rewarding when done. You could tell this machine had been played a lot over the years and was probably in an arcade at one point in its life

    Just wondering, do you ultra-sonic clean parts? I do that with every shopjob, and it makes a world of difference. For example, the plastic lane guides always come out crystal clear and like new. Takes almost no time.

      @PinballPimp  11 дней назад

      I have an ultrasonic cleaner but I don’t use it all the time. Sometimes I find it easier just to buy a new piece of plastic than to sonic clean it if it’s available. I always use Evaporust on my metal parts unless they were cheaply plated like these were. Probably would’ve removed the gold anodizing and you’d have to send them back out to get gold plated and that gets expensive
