That was a great video full of great content and fun.
I must say, though, I think it's terrible you having sleeves on, if you want to stay warm, build a fire in the corner of your shed that's full of wood.
    Have a great Christmas.

Thank you for the Buy Me A Coffee. Much appreciated. We have several videos using the Box Hollower. It is basically the best and easiest chisel to use. I don't know why you're getting catches. I can't say without actually seeing you turning. Have a look at a couple of these videos ruclips.net/video/eUO98R-8JgI/видео.html ruclips.net/video/mG1yeY5JYA0/видео.html Hope it helps.

Hi glen and lisa was wondering if you could do the same with a basic round carbide or you must have a box hollower thanks in advance

Yes you can do it with the Standard round. I do it with the Box Hollower because I love using it and it is the best carbide tool in the world.

Hi Glenn and Liza, thanks for another informative and entertaining video. I'm still very new to turning (new but inspired), so please excuse the naivety of the question. On a recent video you made a comment about avoiding spruce if possible. Is spruce a more challenging wood to turn and get a good finish with? Thanks again for the videos.

Another great bell video. I’ve been wondering for a while, when you say shellac is the ‘shine juice’ variant or straight shellac/solvent?
Having it in a bottle like this makes a whole lot of sense too.
