That’s really close to the way I have my cart! Only difference is that I set my sand paper boxes up vertically, with the top flap cut off. I can tape 6 boxes together in a line. If you do that it will free up 1/3 of the top of that cart. I wish I had the vac system. Seam sealer? Body man isn’t doing a proper job! Love your video, Gunny! Greetings from the USA!
Like that idea of the way you do your boxes think I’ll free up some space on mine by doing it vertically

I was hoping to find a video on "what's in my cart." Great video...super info!!! I'm going to add a few holders, and goodies to my cart right now!!! Yes, I recently bought the Milwaukee drill and impact, free batteries, and free extra tool! Yahoo!!! Thank you Milwaukee tools and Home Depot!!!!
One thing missing Gunny.......a sick paint job on the cart.
Can I suggest Blueprint blue with perhaps silver GT stripes. Aka...Ford BA GT-P.
Some chrome wheel covers wouldn't hurt either......

If I had a suggestion I’d say Mirka Abranet wet/dry sanding pads 500 grit to 4000 they are just the best…

Yeah a follow up on your flex sander would be good i am looking at getting some for the guys in the shop we looked at mirka they are good but cost almost 150 euro's more per piece so the boss was no that to expensive maybe if i know more about the flex and if i can get a bulk deal on them from my suplier i can persued my boss
Looking for my first gun to buy. I spray allot at my job. From base clear, to single stage, to primer. I at least prime once a day. Was looking at a dv1. Any recommendations? I want something nicer then our hvlp 400 guns

Any advise on tools for cutting and polishing wheels instead of fingers, them bloody spokes n shit take for ever lol.
Edit. Just found out there are polishing cones :)
They've got these detailing kits with foam bits you put into a Dremel style drill and get into all those hard spots. Could be worth looking for.
