I have the same bike (CB300R 2018) and I am pretty happy with it! Excellent for beginner by my option. And looks very good from aside. Even for bigger guy 😄
390 will look good for 5 years from now

Gr8 review. Just my 2 cents from my 2.5k experience
1. Ride is stiff at low speeds - will make u feel every pothole. Glides over them at high speeds.
2. Head light intensity is low.
3. Engine becomes really smooth after 1st service
4. Loves to accelerate with super agility and great chassis feedback. Makes u faster rider real quick.
5. Rear grab rail is useless and seat foam is hard.
6. Ur love for this bike increases every passing day. Makes u wanna ride it every waking hour.
7. Is really quick to reach 145. Can go upto 162.
8. Can handle a bit of offroading, without any hassles.
9. FE, 32~35 with mixed riding conditions.
10. Not very forgiving. Torque kicks in from even low revs. Nible, lightweight n ample power. This Heady combination will punish u if ur not careful when flicking it around.
How long can one sit in the bike till one gets uncomfortable? Esp., for a 250-300km.
@@sunrays06 300 kms is no problem. A 5 min stretching break is all you need to stay focussed for high speeds. Posture wise it's very comfortable.
Hi...how about the availability of consumable parts (brake pad, chain sprocket, levers, oil seals, forks in case of accidents...etc) is it readily available at honda service centres??
@@rempuial2530 that I (thankfully) have not needed. Honestly i dont really know. They say its all available. But max parts are common with cbr250r, so I hope they should be avl.

i had this bike, after two weeks i upgraded to cb650r. it's a great bike...just limited in top speed.
Its easy to see that Honda has designed this bike primarly for slightly smaller builds of SE Asian people.The ultra light weight, super compact & small.

Honda is miles away in the refinement department.
Honda is best in refinement I own CB 300r so I know.its best bike 40+ kmpl average it gives, best in segment.🔥

My husband is looking for a bike for city & long ride (planning to go to Ladakh and Sach Pass). He has shortlisted two bikes and confused.
1. Royal Enfield Classic Gunmetal Grey: Muscular look and vintage feel but got feedback that this is not reliable machine. Some and other parts demands continous repairing.
2. Bajaj Dominar 250: A complete package with all modern facilities but Bajaj bikes have bad name of producing noise after couple of years.
3. Yamaha FZ25: Yamaha engine has lowest failure rate. You can trust this machine on long rides.
Please share your feedback, so that it can help to take decision.
Dominar 250 and FZ25 are great modern bikes. While the Dominar 250 is quite value for money, the F25 is extremely reliable. So please ask your husband to test ride both these bikes and take a call.

If you want value for money, then you have to skip BMW. Why don't you want a KTM?

But sir Honda marketing very bad its one year since I booked this bike still no update from parshankar mortars in pune when they will deliver, at booking time they advised it to be delivered in 4 months from booking time.
I think U won't be getting it any time soon because Honda has stopped producing BS4 CB300R models since long back and they are working on launching BS6 version, so the wait will be a little more because stocks are not available as of now

Please tell your subscriber's this engine gives 40+ kmpl average it's best in class with decent power, I have cb300r in Matt axis grey colour.
The fuel efficiency depends on person to person. The way they ride and how they maintain the bike. But you sir, it looks like keep very good care of the bike. :)

Don’t see as much Honda 300 as much as KTM’s on Indian roads. I’m sure the KTM’s have a much higher “FUN to PRICE ratio”...I’m sorry if I sound simple/plain/unsophisticated and direct but that’s what many feel who are KTM owners and also prospective KTM buyers.
The reason you see more KTMs on the road is because of the number of showrooms they have across the countries. Unfortunately, the CB300R isn't sold through all Honda showrooms.

It isn't... it consumes 3l/100 kms... riding spiritually!
I commute on one every day, total of 40 kms. I've had the bike since June 2019, and it has almost 5000 kms... not one single problem!

I fail to understand how people buy a race styled seating bike for daily commuting. This seating posture leads to back and shoulder pain in the long run.
