I watched this briefly, but as soon as I found out it was a 15-year-old girl with a 23 year old guy. I thought she was in the car willingly.... I assume I was correct as I haven't heard of any arrest

Listening to the news reporters is like fingernails scraping across a chalkboard! The driver is driving very civilized considering he is being chased, yet they keep talking like he's driving totally out of control. I have watched out-of-control drivers being chased and this isn't one of them! I have eyes and I can see what the guy is doing, I don't need a continual rundown of what you wish he was doing but isn't. And don't repeat unconfirmed information!! ARGH!!! I finally had to mute the video, which I usually end up doing on these things, to keep my sanity!
