I think you misunderstood something. DCSRealistic doesn’t change the general sounds of the modules. It just adds certain sound effects on top. Things like tire screeching on touchdown, g-breathing, afterburner rumble etc. many (most) of them don’t even apply to helicopters.
Your Video doesn’t showcase any of it for the most part.
