sorry to be off topic but does any of you know a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I somehow forgot my login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
Eric, I love how you respond to all the animals you guys see on your adventures from cats to birds to ... ugh....massive beetles! Taking cooking classes around the world would be a dream come true for me but second best is watching you two get to live that adventure. My favorite cooking class ever was at a small farm in Tuscany....when we returned home it was pasta for days! Keep traveling! I’m having a blast with you without needing to hustle through airports!
Hey there, thanks so much for the comment! Meeting all these amazing animals is one of the best parts of traveling :D So glad you're enjoying the videos. Hopefully we'll get down to Tuscany soon so we can do a cooing class there too!
Oh my God guys I just watched this episode and it has to be the best food episode you've ever made I've never wanted to visit some place so much in my life to try the food.. I love Thai food
Go go go to FB and see the recognition you got from The Transit ...you are among the top 12 BEST travel vloggers on RUclips! You rock and I am so proud!
Ha! You guys are basically previewing my trip to Thailand in December! Just booked with AsiaScenic for a cooking class last week. We booked ours in town though. Can't wait!
What a cool video, thanks! So much to love. The lovely little bird was the highlight, closely followed by you both wearing those hats. Plus interesting fact about the rice. Your food looked delicious; you should be very pleased with yourselves.
Thanks Danny! That bird was definitely the highlight for us too, haha! We miss that cute little fella. And all the yummy food from the day...we miss that too!
I love all your vlogs but this was one of your best! Love the Bird and fighting Beatle! We love fixing Thai food so your cooking class gave so really good ideas. Thanks!
The Endless Adventure yes i love thai food especially tom yum. Normally i cooked thai food at home...hv u tried sticky rice with manggo? Wonderful desert😃
Loved the cookery class, looked so inspirational. The bird would have made my trip! Me thinks the chilli heat is getting that facial hair growing Eric!
I am appreciate both of you to make this wonderful video. nice to know both of beautiful mind like you to open the world and culture....and thanks for Thai people too. Seem like we have an Ambassador thank you so much Next time if visit Thailand again plz welcome to join my thai cooking class too and some other thai class. See you
Those “bamboo/stalk things” is Sugar cane. That’s where your white and or brown sugar comes from. Those ones are a bit dried because they have been stripped and left exposed to the air but a fresh one can just be stripped and you can just bite right in. It’s super juicy and super sweet.....like sugar🙂.
Did you come across "noname"? It seemed to be a staple of the backpacker diet when I was there, because it was usually the cheapest thing on the menu. Either chicken or vegetable. Looks like little fried potato cakes that you eat with sweet chili sauce. I asked why it was called "no name" once and they shrugged and said it doesn't have a name so it's called no name. I couldn't tell if they were taking the mickey out of me or if that's true. Anyway, they were yummy washed down with a coconut smoothie.
That bird is a species of raven, wicked smart. They form symbiosis relationship with water buffaloes. The birds get to eat some bugs, the buffaloes are free from the bites...
Sooo birds climb up. soooo if you bend your elbow and keep you hand higher than your elbow it will stay on your hand and not go up your arm. I used to have macaws. fyi for any future bird encounters.
The part with the little bird is funny. And it might be funnier if you know the Thai phrase "นกเอี้ยงเลี้ยงควายเฒ่า". I don't know how to correctly translate it but it's about how this kind of bird loves to stay on the WATER BUFFALOS. Just copy that Thai phrase and search on google and you will see. www.google.co.th/search?q=นกเอี้ยงเลี้ยงควายเฒ่า&newwindow=1&client=ms-android-samsung&prmd=ivmn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwip9t2piJDXAhWKOY8KHRtkDNAQ_AUIDygB&biw=360&bih=560
....And unfortunately water buffalo to Thai people is somewhat like donkey to westerners. It's what stupid person are often refered to. So Alison, you can feel better now that the bird didn't show much interest in you. :)
I am Thai. I don't like when there are vegetable in Thai hot basil dish and none of my Thai friends like it. It is not an original recipe and it is not delicious like it should be. They try to lower the cost because meat is more expensive. No real good Thai restaurant cooks like that; but for street food, of cause, they might do. I didn't recall seeing any other vegetable mixed in this dish in about twenty years ago.

That painted bird loved Eric!! Impressive cooking and I bet someone is getting a Wok in the near future 🥗
Ya, they were instant besties ❤️🐧 and a wok sounds like a pretty good Christmas/birthday present :)
WALKING. AROUND.
That bird was going to make a nest on Eric's head haha
When traveling to different countries and eating new foods, do you get stomach aches?
Not really... no food poisoning yet at least *fingers crossed*
That bird is a species of raven, wicked smart.
They form symbiosis relationship with water buffaloes. The birds get to eat some bugs, the buffaloes are free from the bites...

I come from Thailand.

ตอนดูก็คิดแต่ว่าน่ารักดีเนอะ
เห็นเป็นผมก็มาทำรัง
ไม่ได้นึกถึง “นกเอี้ยงเลี้ยงควายเฒ่า” เลย 😹
👏🙏🙏🙏😄😄👍👌😎👋👋👈
Part of The White Temple looks unfinished was a result of the earthquake in Chiangrai a couple years ago I believe.
Lol 🐧
The real hot basil recipe is only chopped meat garlic basil chilli no carrot and corn.

@@yotakayotaka thanks for support my comment, I would like to acknowledge the real hot basil recipe.
ทำไมไม่ใช้เขียงพลาสติก ดูไม่สะอาดเลย
Bird is a myna bird. You talk, the bird will repeat your words
3:58 that are sugar canes
The only thing that I remembered on your Budapest video was your bikini and black bikini top lol! I love it. Where did you get those?
that insect is on the sugar cane not bamboo
the beetle is sitting on a sugarcane.

I hope you checked your hair for bird lice. Can happen, especially with starlings. Sorry to spoil your day.
