Another brilliant Video. They are the highlight of my day when I get onto RUclips. I suffer from mental illness and find it hard to go more than 3 miles from my house before getting anxiety so it's nice to see the world through your eyes, as I'll never be able to get there myself. Hope your camera is alright.
+WV Productions UK we are so happy to take you along with us! Hopefully you end up seaside sooner than you think 😊 and in the meantime, we'll glady take you around the world 🌍❤️
This was such an awesome video to watch. I have seen many people show pictures and videos from their travels in Thailand and all the food they ate and not be able to say what is was, so having you describe all the food was amazing. What a wonderful idea for her to have this little intimate tours to teach more about the dailey Thailand instead of all the touristy stuff. Even though I'm a vegetarian and it hurt to see all the animals on display like that, I also admire that they use the entire animal instead of just the popular and discard the rest. I want to go there even more now to experience it on my own :)
In the states, you definitely don't see many recognizable, raw animal cuts, so it's been pretty interesting even for us meat eaters :/ You're right that they definitely use every bit of the animal though! Hopefully you get to visit Thailand and southeast Asia eventually 👍
@8:18 that's called pandan leaf, a tropical plant also known as screwpine. We use that not only for its color but it also has a sweet herb-ish flavor that goes well with rice dishes (some people drop a pandan leaf in rice while it cooks, others boil the leaf to make tea, and yes for rice desserts
We're are so freaking excited to be here! It's definitely different than any other country we've been to so far, and we love that! It's been so fun (and delicious) exploring :) We're super excited for all the vlogs to come!
Hi Allison and Eric . Video was amazing. Even, i feel like i was Stutter during the trip. Anyway, it was amazing to went around with you. And Eric, you have a good taste on VDO .. Lot of Scene i just did not realize how amazing it was. Great Job...:)
One of the best you have made, sorry about the camera, hope it's ok, that market looked awesome, we are in the lake district UK now going to try some of the places you visited
I always imagine flavors and smells, Asia has something that I wanna eat too many dishes as possible. Well done guys! for do that, have a great time, see you next!
There are so many great dishes and smells here! There are a lot of strange smells too, haha. It's going to take us a while to get used to durian and fish paste smells, but we're loving it all so far!
Just got done binge watching you foodie videos today. Love the way you travel and put your videos together. I’m an American living in the Philippines right now. If you’re heading here, let me know. Questions... 1. What do you do for a living that allows you to travel like this? 2. Are you planning a trip to the Philippines? 3. What type of camera and equipment do you use? It looks very professional. 4. Any advice you can give me if I want to start doing a local vlog? Keep up the great work. Eric
Great video. I enjoyed serving with Thai Soldiers on several international training events (including in Mongolia which is a place I highly recommend) and had the pleasure of visiting Thailand several times. The people are awesome, the food is awesome, and the culture is very rich. I even subscribe to the Chiang Rai Times and plan on returning.
great video guys i am liking the vlogs...dont mind Thailand at all...years ago i went to Koh Samet which is about 3 hours south of Bangkok and loved it..then it was mainly populated by Thai tourists....
Those super fast motorboat are so cool. Old engines of cars? Suggestion, if you like cycling look for Ko van Kessel cycle tours. You cycle through the narrow alleys of China town etc. It’s lovely if you like to ride a bike.
I always enjoy food vlogs (Kara and Nate's channel is good for that, they love trying new food). I wondered who the fourth person was with you (I've now subscribed to Karina's channel as you suggested). I hope the camera is ok.
Now that's an adventure! When you look back in your very old age (very old age cuz I see you two doing this when your in your 70s lol) you can tell your grandchildren about how u were on motorbikes in Thailand 😜😯 pretty cool.
Omg can't believe you guys actually had to chance to try "meang kum"!!!!!!! My fiancé hates it, he said it's like what a cow would eat hahahahha just a weird leaf and a bunch of random things hahahaha. You guys are making me miss Thailand so much. I never thought I would miss it since I haven't wanted to go back cuz of the horrible weather there lol I moved to the US when I was 14. But now, I think I have to bring my fiancé next year. I forgot how unique and amazing the food is. Hope the camera still works!!!!! Also! Be careful with your belongings especially when you ride a took took...there're people that will ride their motorcycles next to you that will snatch your things if you're not careful.
On no! That was my absolutely favorite thing we tried that day 🌿 Camera thankfully is working just fine now! :) Thanks for the concern and tips. Hopefully you both enjoy your trip over here :D
Hi guys, watching some of you older videos and have seen several such as this one that you guys have a third wheel that you don't include in the videos much. From what I can see he has been along with you since early New York videos. Who is he and how long does he stay with you on you channel?
I always rent a WiFi egg or buy a local WiFi card so that I can look at google map at anytime on the road. Google Map works well in major cities in the world and can suggest you the public transportation you should choose, time and fee. This helped me especially in places where English speakers cannot be found.
We have a water bottle with a built in filter that's been a lifesaver, otherwise we try to only eat from vendors that are popular and/or restaurants with good reviews. Luckily we haven't run into any issues yet!
Pls be careful going on motorcycles abroad, my cousins friend came off one in Thailand and her insurance wouldn't pay out because of no helmet & she got seriously hurt, nearly lost her leg. X
If you get your camera or phone wet try putting it in a bag of rice right away - that is a way to get moisture out quickly and it might be easy to do in markets where people might have rice. Ok... random advice. But I know what is like to drop a phone.

WV Productions UK I'm sorry to hear that! Hopefully you're able to go more than 3 miles some day! :)
Thanks, my goal is to get to the sea side. I live on the east coast of England about 20 miles from the beach so hopefully one day I will get there.
+WV Productions UK we are so happy to take you along with us! Hopefully you end up seaside sooner than you think 😊 and in the meantime, we'll glady take you around the world 🌍❤️
I can't travel because of schizophrenia, so we are in the same boat. :(
I know I'm way late. . . binge watching from the beginning. Awesome to see this market. Haven't seen it on any other of the vlogs I watch. Great job!

@8:20 looks like pandan leaves. It’s fragrant when you add it to your cooking rice.
I am really loving your vlogs! Subbing!
Brilliant, as always. You are brave trying all the foods 🥰 I love it best when Allison doesn't like something, her face is so cute
Thailand, streetfood, Heaven. Thailand, floating market, floating market food, Heaven.
you guys have a great sense of humor! love the video! Subbed!
as much as I liked your European adventures, i'm happy to see that you're exploring Southeast Asia! so fun over there!
We're are so freaking excited to be here! It's definitely different than any other country we've been to so far, and we love that! It's been so fun (and delicious) exploring :) We're super excited for all the vlogs to come!

This was a really good video. That food tour was amazing.

@12:17 the goo is actually the egg-sacks of the squid. It’s really good. 🙂
I really respect you guys, go out and see the world. People are too insular these days. Big thumbs up
New to this channel-came over after your collab with Kara & Nate-and going to Thailand in a few months. Enjoying your videos! Keep it up!
Awesome, welcome to the adventure Ivana!! Hopefully you love Thailand as much as we have. It's hot and spicy, but so neat and interesting 👍

Fantastic vlog today! Truly an adventure!
Thanks, Lisa 🙌
Years later but I love your travels, thanks! from Dallas,tx
Brave! I would be so scared to go on a motorcycle, especially there with the crazy traffic...
Thumbs up for going all out for us once again! Stay safe out there and I can't wait to see what's in your next vlog! Bless!
Thanks! It was one of our favorite days so far...even with the camera fiasco! haha :)
"She almost took me with her" it was pretty scary and hilarious hahahahahaha it was so funny!😂

Great vlog! I love all the different food. Have you ever seen Eat, Drink, Man, Women? Great film.
Awesome. Love you guys. Come to Manchester, the real capital of the UK!
UK has 18 months at best before Scotland votes to leave ... the EU is way more important to Scotland than the UK
I really enjoyed wAtching you try the different types of food. I love duck, but never tried duck tounge. Hope your camera is ok. Stay safe. Have fun.😀
great video guys i am liking the vlogs...dont mind Thailand at all...years ago i went to Koh Samet which is about 3 hours south of Bangkok and loved it..then it was mainly populated by Thai tourists....

Awesome! We can't wait for her vlogs to go up. We always love seeing the day from another vlogger's perspective :)
Now that's an adventure! When you look back in your very old age (very old age cuz I see you two doing this when your in your 70s lol) you can tell your grandchildren about how u were on motorbikes in Thailand 😜😯 pretty cool.
Haha! We definitely hope to still be traveling then 😂 and glad we survived the motorbikes so we can tell the story in person 🏍️
Love it guys, stay safe!
Hi, Nice Video. The leaves are Pandan leaves, Its used to colour and flavour lots of foods in SEA.
TejaliS Yes, I love the flavour of pandan leaves. Very nice with boiled rice and coconut milk.
We'll definitely have to give it a try with rice and coconut milk, yum!
interesting video! even i am from thailand but ive never been there and tried those local foods, nice video.
Glad you enjoyed it! And hopefully you get to visit one day :)
Where's the link to your compatriot's Vlog? I came over to follow you from Kara and Nate, and I am loving your channel as well. Keep up the good work.
Welcome, Glenn! So happy to have to along for the adventure 🙌 Karina's link should be in the end card, but sadly, Nikita doesn't have a vlog :(
Between that excavator working in the river and that motorcycle incident, I was dealing with anxiety 3 minutes in! :)
Haha! It was a pretty crazy vlog...and then the camera at the end 😭 BUT at least it all ended well 👍
Dammit the part where Allison ate the fried mussel thing made me laugh really hard and idk why😂😂😂
Oh ya, what about these muscles? 💪
Would love to see Nikita try Durian !!!
Omg can't believe you guys actually had to chance to try "meang kum"!!!!!!! People all over the world who come to Thailand like Miang Kham.😊
no skidlids really bad idea. food looks fab.
Can you please write me which camera did you used for this video?
Its a bit of a culture shock for some people , but you get used to it and asian people are so kind hope you enjoy your stay .
I watched this video with joy and smile
Do you guys take any special precautions to keep from getting sick from eating raw vegetables or local water?
We have a water bottle with a built in filter that's been a lifesaver, otherwise we try to only eat from vendors that are popular and/or restaurants with good reviews. Luckily we haven't run into any issues yet!
If you go to Chiang Mai you've got to try Khao Soi. It's fantastic. Look up Khao Soi Khun Yai on Google maps. You'll love it
You'll be in for a treat with our upcoming videos 😉 thanks for the recommendation!
You should have seen my face when I saw the duck tongue...eeeerk ^^
Epic :) Cameragate update please ;) x
Haha! It ended up being totally fine if you can believe it! 😮 Just some nice little scuffs and battle wounds :)
soo goog 🤗🤗🤗🤗
welcome to thailanddd
You didnt put Corina's link 😕
Thailand has grey skies too, thank god, I thought that, that was exclusive to Ireland.
I think its raining season thats why
hope the camera wasn't badly damaged i've dropped a few myself its get wrenching!
Somehow it works just fine!? Always terrifying, though!
Pls be careful going on motorcycles abroad, my cousins friend came off one in Thailand and her insurance wouldn't pay out because of no helmet & she got seriously hurt, nearly lost her leg. X
Loopylu005 All the more reason to be wearing a helmet.
first view again
Karina and Nik look good together.
only Alison tries the food lol!
FINALLY
If you get your camera or phone wet try putting it in a bag of rice right away - that is a way to get moisture out quickly and it might be easy to do in markets where people might have rice. Ok... random advice. But I know what is like to drop a phone.
Your trip is good, but you should know the risk of motorcycle without helmet, please! So dangerous! Anyway thank you for your nice clip!
That is My favorite.
I love a lot of Thai food, but I'm sad about the ducks 🦆
Nakita gets cuter as the vlogs go on.
You need to get out more ... :)
How were your stomachs later that day?
Totally fine! We actually haven't had any issues so far 👍
Thank you is like thaifoods..
