I started working as a barista almost 2 years ago and it was difficult to enjoy my work because my colleagues never really taught me how to steam lattes etc. Indeed a lot of times my cappuccinos were totally messed up. I always had to learn by youtube but since i found you i can see that i improved so much. I can even make some tulip so thank you.

Thank you for showing us your latte art tips. I love your swan, you’re one of the few people that makes the swans wings large enough so that it looks more like when swans have their wings spread wide open and more in proportion to their body. Very pretty.
It helps to use a pointed tip jug for those cut lines. Also, use a bugger jug, you can get closer to the cremà when you do, with less milk - it pushes the foam for you. Just things I've picked up as I go.
To be honest I dont even know how to make 3 layers tulip before but then your videos give me motivation to push more myself and i am very thankful to you because your videos helps me a lot as a two months barista here in Philippines 🇵🇭 Barista joy❤️

I don't have a really expensive set up, just a French Press, so I guess that's why I see no improvement. You are so good on latte art! I'm not a barista though, but I like to get a nice coffee with beautiful latte art. I'm using an entry level krups machine, got enough foam but never get a properly textured milk,do you think it is because the power is not enough to spin it? Have you ever use a home machine like krups or else?

I move the milk to make perfect silky foam. I steam milk properly but not always haha. I already make my habit(transferring milk to another jug) that's why I usually move milk and use many jugs !
