    Thank you for this video. I’ve been trying to follow my natural pacing since getting long covid - over time I have been able to build slow small victories. I push the boundaries in tiny increments and what I needed to hear today is there is no perfect pacing ! I think when pushing boundaries I definitely need to turn around my disappointment in the return of swelling in my neck / spine / muscles. It’s good to hear from other people who understand the maze we are in trying to solve how to live life recovering
