    Thanks for answering my comment on the approach to research.
    For meditation apps Insight Timer is great and it has lots of content. My favorite are Yoga Nidra meditations.

    isn’t cold exposure over stimulating the nervous system for a person with LC?

      For me, it helps a lot when inflamed/ foggy
