I feel sorry for the people who made the cake, but I guess they got paid for their hard work

True. That's very sweet of you, Marg. I just wonder, though, if the couple themselves pushed it over, or was it just an over excited child? Neither the bride, nor the groom seemed at all fazed by this, you see.

As soon as they entered the reception a little lad poked a hole in it😮
The one boy trying to work out why half of it is fake bless his face😂🤍

@@Felicity2121 They still managed to tear off strips of the icing, despite that!

WHY are they butchering the wedding cake?! Disrespectful

Good question, Carol! It all started when the bride and groom - who are a little alternative - went to cut the cake. There was quite a throng around them, so I had to move video tripod.a bit for safety. While I was taking the first photo with my other camera, the cake suddenly toppled. Now, I don't know if it was an accident or whether it was a deliberate action. I can't even say if it was the couple themselves who caused it to fall, or of a child did it or if it was just the way the cake itself was, but am inclined to think that it was the former. Anyway, after that, everyone rushed in to secure a piece, and as you can see , thd children did their best to chop up the fake base, not realising that there was no cake underneath it.
It all happened so quickly, but no one seemed particularly perturbed by it, so I wouldn't worry too much about it if I was you. Travellers are fun-loving, and don't necessarily like to do things the same way as main stream society. They enjoyed their day, so all good! I just feel sorry for the venue having to clear up the mess afterwards!
