    This crap happened a lot in past generations. My grandmother got married in the depression of the 1930s. So any wedding was a real sacrifice for bride's family. Several of their guy "friends" rigged the car so it would break down on the honeymoon and cost my grandfather money he didn't have to spare. And the bridesmaids thought it would be funny to take the luggage with all their clean clothes for the honeymoon and pour perfume, soap and toothpaste in the suitcases. So they spent the next day doing laundry and dry cleaning again with money the young couple did not have to spare.

A couple in my side of the family got into a fist fight after drinking too much. There was also a guy and his brother in law who got drunk and fought each other. That led to a lawsuit since one had his law broken. The one with the law broken met his future wife that night who was also a former escort. People blamed it on the open bar or the venue. But it was mostly due to drunks at the wedding.

    I remember working at a hotel as a bellman and we would have wedding receptions almost every Saturday night. Anyway, I'm throwing out the trash I walk past a car in the parking lot and I didn't mean to look but I did catch a glance of the bride with her head in lap of some dude for like 1 second before I realized what was going on. I looked away and cracked a joke to myself ("oh that's romantic lol") and went about my business. A couple of hours later I see her at the table in the reception hall...but she was sitting next to a dude who has brown hair. The dude I glanced at in the parking lot had blonde hair and was sitting 3 seats away from her, so it wasn't husband and wife making fuck in the parking lot. So I'm shooting the shit with the bartender lady and Mr. Blonde makes a speech, and it had to be not 10 seconds in when Mr. Brown starts throwing hands at Mr. Blonde. While all this is going on, me and the bartender are eating popcorn watching the fight and kind of laughing because the whole thing was fucked up. Moral of the story is that weddings can be like Jerry Springer sometimes lol

    Why didn't they use raw rice? It doesn' t stick on you and it's not dirty

    • @fairladykd6734
      @fairladykd6734 2 года назад +1

      Many places have banned using raw rice. The birds eat it and they can't digest it well and it kills them. That's why there is bubbles, sugar confetti (NOT paper), and actual birdseed!

      Bad for the birds.

      Rice is dangerous. Gets in ears and may cause infection.

    This is why I wouldn’t want anyone at my wedding unless it’s level headed friends and family members. There’s something special about being married and people just can’t stand to see you happy

      I am so sorry! You deserved to be honored, lifted up, and protected. It was a violent violation of trust, respect, and basic human dignity.
