  • This video describes how different cytokine influences the differentiation of a subset of T cells. Also this video describes how different kind of infection can give rise to different kind of cytokine production which in turn will determine the differentiation of T cell.

    This was so helpful, thank you! It would be a bonus to see the applications of cytokine-related research at the end of the video, i.e. implications in certain diseases and disorders.

    one doubt is that when the dendritic cells go to the paracortex region they will interact with t cells, so there is CD8+ and CD4+ T cells so with which they will interact first? like is there any specific condition or it is random

    • @animatedbiologywitharpan
      @animatedbiologywitharpan  4 года назад +2

      Bivas Nag dendritic cell is an APC ie presenting the antigen on class II MHC molecule .....so cd4 T cells would interact with it.....how ever dendritic cell is exceptional it can do something called cross presentation is also interaction with cd8 T cells ( but under certain circumstances)

    Umm you got one thing wrong ....CD8 plus t cell interact with MHC 1.... actually you forgot to say CD4 plus cells and instead said CD8 two times ... I got confused so I had to search and come back here... it's okay that happens.

    Idk why you are using that fake American accent ,it is so much irritating that I can't even focus on the lecture...it can be easily caught... Though u can speak in simple and sweet Indian accent, it would be more pleasing to 👂 .😊
