  • Suzuki 1991 RGV 250 VJ22. This bike has been getting a full rebuild over the last 2 years by a previous owner.
    I have been looking for an RGV for a while now. It's just at stage 1 and needs to be finished.
    It has Cougar Power valves, Zeeltronic ignition, Powder coated parts, polished banana swingarm, Engine has a full rebuild with newly nikosil bores, all wiring has been replaced, Nitron rear suspension, Braided brake lines, Arrow exhaust system, Samco hoses, Fairings have been painted pearl white ready for the stencil kit,
    It came with a lot of spares.
    Not bad for a 30yr old bike.

      It was a great start.
      Yes there are a few videos of first start up and then finding issues through to fixing them and riding.

    How often are we supposed to rebuild the top end on these bike?

      I had a VJ21 Pepsi 20yrs ago and I rode it for 14k and didnt touch it. I beleive 7k is a good point to do top end.
