Excellent work on those floorpans and surrounding supports. These new repairs should outlast the originals! Excellent!
Thanks alot Mate!! Especially since it should have a cushier life!!☺
All that new sheet metal in the cab will be nice RK, no need to worry about Fred Flintstone feet going down the road 👍
Yeah Buddy!! ☺
Your making headway buddy. what I like you are fixing it the right way and not cutting corners like so many people do today!
Yeah Buddy!! I'm into it too deep now to half bake it!!☺
I really like that rusty old Ford. There's just something about resurrecting old iron. Thanks for sharing RoadKing!
Yeah Buddy!! Something you can be proud of!!☺
Alright RK, great fit up work. Job coming along nicely. Thanks for the look.
Thanks Mac!! We're starting to make some good progress now!!☺

Looking good RoadKing! That truck is going to last into the next century once you are done with it!
Thanks alot Von!!☺
I love your work and I have had use for some of the tricks you are showing when my daughter hit a roe dear a morning when driving to work. When I was working on the smashed up panels i remember how you did some bodywork and it helped me a lot to get it at least acceptable... Keep you super good instructional videos coming.. I just love them..
Thanks alot Micke!! I'm glad some of the videos helped you out!!☺
One piece at a time. Wow we haven't seen 70 degrees yet. I am jealous.
Yeah Buddy!! We've had about a three week run of good weather, I've been able to get alot done!!☺
Got a great start on the passenger floor board. It will go quicker than the drivers side I bet. Cheers
Yeah Buddy!! It took me about half the time!!☺
Good ole jigsaws. Man you can do a lot with them. Nice tip on the template RK,,, good stuff pal.
Thanks Carl!! I use to hate Jigsaws growing up because they were garbage but this newer generation stuff Kicks Ass!!☺

Thanks MrShin!!☺
Morning mate, shes getting there bit by bit :o)
Mornin' Mate!! Yeah were making good progress!!☺
I like using a jigsaw, my favorite jigsaw is a Porter Cable Yes they are expensive and I have a Black and Decker with variable speed and all that but the Porter Cable is much better I have never seen a used one at any place I have been if I ever see another one I will get a spare. On metal it makes a difference, maybe not so much on wood.
That 12 ga steel will be strong for the cab mount part to be welded to
Yeah Buddy!! ☺
Better than factory.
Yeah Buddy!! ☺
The thing I don't like about cutting sheet metal with the jig saw is how the metal starts to vibrate throwing the saw around. You need to support the metal while cutting, it might be easier to lay the sheet on top of an expendable piece of plywood and cut through both.
@10:30, who needs a Sharpie, cave-man paint is handier!
Old School Mate!! We don't need no stinkin' Sharpie!!☺
Hey where's my Nuffa Dis? I feel deprived. lol.
It's in the next one, it's already in the can!!☺
@@805ROADKING Are you up early or up late?
Late!! We usually don't hit the sack till 3 or 4 AM!!☺
