It's actually a very common move it's just not called rolling thunder , kids in my school used to call it dive receive it's the exact same thing as rollin thunder

Well Nishinoya never uses it in actual matches. He does it to show off, as a party trick, to goof around. But in actual matches he is perfectly collected and serious so he always goes with both hands (or feet :))

You would probably want to learn to fall before attempting a diving dig, ha! but it is possible to do that roll without getting hurt at all. I'm pretty sure as a volleyball player from a young age it's a skill that's almost intrinsinct, but for us common folks, it generally has to be worked on. I learned the parkour roll a few years back, and it actually came in handy one day when I slipped on ice, so not a bad skill to learn, either way!
Yep, you're right! It was all because Victoria uploaded the jump float video. Don't forget he was just riding a bike and looked at the T.V that's how it all started now we've come so far. That's how I feel about Hinata too, Ibra.

I am a begginer volleyball player and I want to be a libero. Even though it would be hard for me to use this effectively now, I am really glad it's here. There are very little beginners at my age (19) so I am confused as to how to go about improving and.. actually finding a team outside of highschool, especially in COVID where.. well no clubs are open. Not even the school ones. But I've been putting in the work and I've already improved a LOT 😊. Thanks for cheering for me. Gonna go do some setter drills before going to sleep 😂 Once again, thanks

Could you maybe do a video about not getting down on yourself after you make errors and staying positive on the court because I am having a hard time with that at the moment. Also, not playing scared because I have noticed that I play very jittery and I act like I dont know what I am doing but I know the game very well. thanks so much!
Doing it one handed gives you those extra cm/seconds needed to reach a further/lower/faster ball. It is an emergency play, as you say, but done correctly can save you a point every now and then. 6:39 is an example, you wouldnt have been able to dig that 2 handed.

REMINDER!!! before you start season 2 of haikyuu you should watch the OVA “the arrival of lev haiba”, which is like an extra episode that you won’t find on netflix but it’s definitely somewhere on the internet. it focuses on the team nekoma so you will get to see more of their dynamic and stuff. i think its important to watch the OVAs (extra episodes) and i will make sure we always warn you about them.

Yess actually all the Haikyuu OVA`s are quite important cuz you get so to see so much more. Also I think she can watch them on GogoAnime or 4Anime.
