    I watched and participated in about 6 of your self massage videos. I have had a migraine for 2 days now with no relief from anything. It’s not completely gone, but it is so much better now, so I thank you for providing your knowledge to the RUclips world. :)

    Great video. The ear pull helped. I felt a good pain afterwards. I had a ear muscle knot in front of my ear. There was a crunchy sound. Is the crunchy sound a muscle knot?

    • @rachelrichardsmassage9660
      @rachelrichardsmassage9660  11 месяцев назад

      Glad it was helpful! I can't say what that crunchy sound was, but my guess is that it was most likely the movement of fascia over bony structures.

    Rachel, thank you for the video! I'm not sure if this is the right term, but I feel constant tension related to a vestigial ear muscle. My ear always feels pulled up. Any stretches you can suggest? Thanks again!

    • @rachelrichardsmassage9660
      @rachelrichardsmassage9660  8 лет назад

      Do you mean vestibular? That's the part of the inner ear related to balance. I'm not sure what you mean by "pulled up," but if it's tension related, then self-massages like the one in this video should be helpful. Also check out this one: ruclips.net/video/eoqYSYzHhXk/видео.html.

    Is there a massage to help stop snoring

    • @rachelrichardsmassage9660
      @rachelrichardsmassage9660  Год назад

      Good question. It would depend on why snoring is occurring. If there's congestion, massage can help move some fluid and possibly open the sinuses a bit, which may reduce snoring. But if it's a structural issue, like a deviated septum, massage would not be effective.

    IS there any massage which relax us and make our blood pressure normal when we are in Anxiety ???

    • @rachelrichardsmassage9660
      @rachelrichardsmassage9660  5 лет назад

      The benefits of any massage include relaxation and lowering of blood pressure. Anything that gets you out of "fight or flight" mode and into "rest and digest." Here is one of my self massages targeted for reducing anxiety: ruclips.net/video/E-nKMaCxkGM/видео.html

    • @rachelrichardsmassage9660

      From what I understand, symptoms are triggered with movement or changes of position, in which case doing ear massage should be fine.

    My ears are exactly like yours! When I was younger they were more flat, now they've curved up a bit but they're still flatter than most people's ears.
    I've found that massaging the cartilage flaps (the curved up ends of the ears) and slightly bending them inside out relieves a lot of tension and stress - is this safe to do?

    Madam,I am aged 77.,having tinnitus, ringing in ear for so many months.Also have vertigo.,for whic h the Doctor has given tablets to take. Can rubbing the ears cure my tinnitus/ear imbalance.Could you post your website email ID. Can this ear massaging cure any diseases like blood pressure, sugar problems?Thanks

    • @rachelrichardsmassage9660
      @rachelrichardsmassage9660  4 года назад

      Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately ear massage cannot cure tinnitus, chronic high blood pressure, or sugar imbalances. Ear massage can relax the muscles of the jaw, scalp, and face, and reduce anxiety.
