- Thanks to my buddy MONKEYDAD1969 (Joe) over at Predator International, I've got my hands on a tin of the newly introduced JSB Hades .30 cal pellets. Instead of a traditional open cavity HP, JSB took a different approach and designed the HP to look something like the Radioactive symbol. JSB is the leading pellet manufacturer for Air gun Ammunition and has been for a very long time and their innovation and success carries on into the HADES pellets. The Hades line of pellets has hit the Airgunning world like a storm and has had much success in the other caliber. Lets see if the .30 cal version can live up to the hype!

I remember watching video 3 to 4 years ago with you and another of your buddies under is RUclips channel,forgot is name but you guys usually shot with Hatsans and your buddy made and sold LDC's what happened to him,he had is own machine shop in CA.
Really enjoyed watching is videos I remember ordering a LDC from him,was a saturday and I asked a couple of questions in my email,he called me on my vell phone literally a few hours after I placed order,must have been 7pm your time,really awesome guy.

@@Tofazfou I no the platform is great an simple I would like to see more air force condor videos in 22 .I have a 2009 condor in 22 that I turned into a carbine. There no slug reviews on condors shooting. 22 slugs

I shoot the Hades in .25 and POI is nearly exactly the same as the JSB King's so no need to adjust anything. Awesome quality.

see if you can get one to test has to be the .30 cal as that is what i have and we can compare , it is a good rifle got plenty of add ons if you want and good value for the money and you are not breaking the bank.

Hey Jim. Good to see you my friend. The 30 rocks and it just seems like a great 100 yard and under STOPPER! Kinda the 45 ACP of the airgun world....lol. You will love the Hades 30, trust me. With the bigger frontal mass of the 30 cal, the Hades HP design has more room for expansion and it seems the bigger orifices' provide more fluid passage (my theory). Let us know what ya think when you try some. I'll be staying tuned!

Hell yeah she is. I love the Uragan. I wanted something that could replace my all time fav THEOBEN RAPID 25 and this gun does it for more than one reason. So many great features, whats not to like
My goodness brother...that gun is the most quiet .30 cal I have ever heard in my life! WOW man! I have been wanting to get the Daystate Delta Wolf but I have to admit...I have had my eye on a Uragan for a while now. At roughly half the cost...man it’s tempting. I wish someone would take the Daisy.22 cal Hollow Point and make them in .25 and .30. I haven’t found a single pellet to match the expansion they give at 50 yards and less. I can only imagine it in .30 and at that speed. You would be really surprised my man. My go to pesting pellet over all others💯.

Also, yes, you noticed, the URAGAN is hella quiet for a gun making 85 FPE! The factory shroud does a fantastic job by itself but when you add the Uragan LDC ($100), it takes the little whoosh down another decibel or two!

1st, thank you for sticking around. Im glad you found my channel, that is AWESOME! Yeah, the Uragan rates up there with the very best. PERIOD! And your right, its a great all around gun/caliber. Im 6-2" with long arms and this little bullpup fits me better than or equal to most rifles. And 85 FPE is powerful but not OVERPOWERING.

Thanks for the Awesome video man. Your uragan came out bad ass it looks like it has Bad intentions. Did you see any difference between the factory regulator and the Huma regulator.
Yes! The huma has a much bigger plenum than the OEM. So, this allows you to set the HUMA reg at 142-145 bar to get the same speed as the OEM reg. The OEM is supposedly set at 150+ bar. So, obviously, by doing the HUMA, you gain more shots per fill and you also don't uses as much pressure to make the same power. Same as what FX is doing. The HUMA also makes the gun a little bit more consistent too...............well worth the upgrade

I would like, unfortunately because of the COVID I cannot test, to know from you using the 45 grain fx hybrid fx slug in my Uragan .30 cal which is the best fps setting for a better result in terms of precision .... not beyond the 110 yards! Thanks mr!

So, Im shooting the FX hybrid 30s @ 915 fps and the accuracy is not bad but NOT the greatest. Now, I just shot them for the 1st time a couple weeks ago and have tuned my gun to be the best it can be with the Hybrids. But here soon, I can find out and report back

Before the stop for Covid I tested my Uragan .30cal with the fx slug hybrids only at 55 yards and I had a better result than the 49 grain NSAslugs ..... always set as fps at 920fps with the 45 JSBs grain! I hope that you too will try the 45 grain Fx hybrid as soon as possible!

2fast, i bought a reg for my Uragan but i was told that it will mske no difference in performance once installed. How has yours improved. What can I expect.

Yeah, for my 100 yard and under guns, it works. Much like zeroing at 50 yards. I like it, you pay attention to detail............hmmmmmm!
What kind of scope are you using on that gun? I also notice that my accuracy was not as good with the Hades as the JSB Diablo 30 cal 44.75. I was using an AEA Carbine so maybe its just the gun.

Loved it. Cant say enough good about the videography mister, well done! I am ever impressed with the Uragan 30....I almost think you could put pebbles in it and they would do well. That gun is not finicky at all. Hades definitely are my favorite pellet for all around use. Plenty of accuracy and man do they put the smack down on pests. I know full well the skill of the shooter in this video but just sayin...

I had mine now about a month, mine like them all so far, try the 50g & fx slugs this week...903-906 fps....where did u get the single shot tray ? I need 1 for the polymags..... utah airgun did an awesome job on the gun...the gun is quite 2 be a 30. polymags are my favorite, them hades are on there ass lol..good video my boy
Yes siiiiir, mine has shoot all the pellets well. Its really just a matter of picking which ONES you love or, hell, shoot em all. Mines is shooting the 50's and the FX slugs at 915 fps. The single shot tray as well as my orange and green magazine for the Uragan all come from CARM-Magazines.com. Polymags are still a kick ass pellet. With all airguns though, you have to tune to the slug/pellet. I bet you another 10 fps faster or slower would cluster PolyMags in my gun. Guns just have to be tuned to shoot to perfection. Like, I bet I could slow the Hades down just a tad and they would one hole

Dude, that tripod has soooooo many pieces to it that I cant list them all. Believe me, its a lot. Some of the pieces are not from the same manufacturer either. The tripod is made by LEOFOTO on Amazon. And yeah, its solid and low profile which allows you to get down, dirty and low on the gun. And you can use it as a regular tripod
I took down 2 turkeys with the hades, both between 15-20 yards ...hades went str8 through, 1 jumped up n dropped dead the other flip n wobble abt 10 yards n expired....uragan 30cal ain't no joke,trying the polymags this wknd,see what they do

The bummer is I just went to his website Joe from predator. And from what I could tell he was out of 30 cal. Nevertheless I have some on the way. I'm also in desperate need of some 35 Cal predator poly mags. And jsb 35 Cal. Can't find them anywhere. Awesome video brother.

HAHA, thats too funny. Well, I WAS a 25 cal man for many years. Just go back and look at my videos when I had my Theoben Rapid 25! So here is the deal. I had to sell my Rapid many years ago so, I lost a accurate, reliable and powerful .25. I went a couple years without a replacement but, during the time, I was introduced to 30. Ya know, shooting friends 30s. AND I DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL in its infant stage. I likened it to a low powered roundball type of caliber. Cause thats how the pellets seemed to perform to me. Just UGHHH! But as more guns were introduced, accuracy and power seemed to improve. Then I became really intrigued. And here we are today. I like the 25 still but, love the 30 more. Maybe because still its a newer round than 25, maybe? And yes, the 25 can be tuned to be a powerhouse too, I know! But maybe thats just it, they are too similar a round to me and now that I have a 30, I don't need a 25.
@@Tofazfou I respect your opinion too much to argue and I suspect if I experiment with .25 I will come to a similar conclusion, confirming your results and hopefully learning something in the meanwhile.
@@rcg5317 The thing is, you can't go wrong with either. Caliber selection/Choice is all personal. Some of it is based on life experiences also. So again, nothing wrong with 25 cal. I WOULD ROCK IT......lmao!

looks like all the BIG names have them on backorder. Pyramid and Utah Airguns and Trenier all have them on BO!
Whats the deal with the uma regulators...why use them? And is the uragan better than the vulcan.. is so why?
Great question! The HUMA regulators have a plenum on them and the OEM regulator does not. The plenum allows you to get the same amount of power or more and to also get more overall shots using less reg pressure. The OEM regulator is good but, you just can't reap the same benefits without a plenum. And no I would not say the Uragan is better. The Vulcan basically is updated and has more features than the Uragan.
But you can't go wrong with either because they are made by the same company
@Tofazfou thanks for the reply.. I thought if you turn the air tube around to high power then that is basically a plenum?? But it's not ? And is the barrel different in the uragan from the vulcan?
at 1050 fps those .30 hades do indeed open up like a claw and expanded to .484 on my 50 yard test vs two apple juice bottles with a piece of .25 inch particle board in between the two bottles to simulate bone. aea challenger pro .30 ftw!

Man, I'm deployed with FEMA vaccinating people great opportunity to help people but i can't wait to get back to shoot my Uragan .30 using these Hades at its factory tune and I'm excited. Thanks for the recommendation for this gun and thanks for the video. 😁😃👍
Your doing good work! Kudos to you! And thank you! You will love the Hades in 30 cal. Bout as accurate as the regular domes but way more destructive. The Uragan is such a good gun and I haven't even begun to explore its potential.
