    what about mobility in the opposite direction of the wrist?

    I feel pain doing some snatch overhead..can this exercise help me to realese the pain

    It's a bad idea to put 'the fittest man on the planet' as your practise dummy for this video.
    Most people who watch this will have far less mobility, and will probably hurt themselves trying to replicate the range your earth's fittest man does
