One thing that I wish you had mentioned here is that shipping anything more then grip itself is prohibitively expensive. I really wanted to get one of the bundles for the blue grip, but shipping added ~30 to the cost and I can't justify spending $100 when I really only need the two grips and the slim case.

I got the lite slim case and it is very nice. I also ordered a skull and co which will be more for my kid to help with drops but I haven't received that one yet. I think they both seem pretty nice from the videos I've seen though. The Satisfye case and grip is very nice and we'll worth the $.

I've always preferred protection over comfort, but I also wasn't playing near as much as I am now. The switch lite is my main console now, and I'm not rough with the system at all. My hands tend to tingle and cramp a little so I'm hoping once I get the grip it will improve.
Also, I have a question. I in no way want you to try this, but if you got a thin TPU case like the one Hori and S&C make could you leave that on the console and it still fit in the satisfye grip?
Melissa Kay I don’t think there’s any way it could fit. The satisfye fits super tight around the switch. That’s the hardest part about choosing. I wish there was an option that had the best of both

I just bought the LITE version..Letting folks know I bought the look alike on Amazon for around $15 . It works well enough has a really cool folding stand and game slots . That said it only has rubber on the sides and mine doesn't quite fit right on one side if it. It's not that it don't work but it moves a bit when ya play games thats annoying. If they update it that will be a great competitor and option BUT I will be using the Satisfy soon. IMHO just buy the real deal.. Oh also the cheap one doesn't have rubber grip on the handles so it's slick and gets sweaty on hot days. Just spend the extra $5
The inside zipper mesh is made of rubber so it won’t scratch your switch when closed some companies make them of just metal and when you closed case it can scratch your switch
I want to buy these but I hate how you have to slide the switch in. I fear the rubber tabs may rip my dbrand skin. And I've read that people say their joycons slide upwards as they push it in. I'm surprised no ones covering this. Guess I'll just go with the nintendo licensed grip for 15$. I bought the Satisye Zen Grip pro Gen 3 and it was not comfortable for me. I wear XL gloves btw. At first my aim got worse and my right hand would cramp up like it never has before (I couldn't bend my fingers for a while). After two days of using it I finally got use to it and my aim improved. Still, I needed to shake my right hand out every 45 minutes or so to loosen it up. I think the right grip should be the same size as the left. Even with XL hands I have trouble reaching the R buttons, ABXY buttons and the right stick while playing a game like Resident Evil 4. Btw if you have a case for the Hori Split Pad Pro this will fit perfectly in it. It kind of snaps into place and the charging port winds up right at the opening of the case, making it easy to charge your switch with the case closed and it doesnt bend your charging cable.
Guys I got the hori armor grip for the lite is there any carry cases where this fits into? I bought.case doesnt fit so I had to return it cuz im not constantly removing my hori grip its anoyying

i do have one concern that no one on RUclips has addressed. I bought the grip pro and love it, however there is one thing that worries me overall else. given the new rubber bits on the sides and the back, is anyone afraid the resistance you get from those as you push the switch into the grip loosening or even breaking the joy con rails? when i put my switch in there is a ton of creaking and the joy cons slide up as you push the console into the grip. I am afraid after time, this will wear the rails out. I play my switch in handheld 90% of the time, however i do take the grip off and dock it if i wanna keep playing something and the console is dead which is usually once a day. do you think they intend for you to be taking this thing off daily?

Great video I just have two questions that I cannot seem to find an answer for maybe you can help me... I got the satisfye grip Elite bundle for my switch light and it's amazing however the tabletop mode where the grip accessed and I can't stand the console being vertical like that it is just so frustrating and annoying! Is there any play Stand that the satisfye grip and switch Lite console will fit in the stand together? The stand does not need to charge it or anything. I just want it to hold my switch, at an angle, while I charge & play it. I want to use my Pro Controller to play, while the console charges in the stand via Power Delivery... Which is a fancy way of saying higher voltage, type c to type c, basically much faster charge times.... so I'm pretty much waiting to buy a place then until I find a tape measure to figure out how wide the grip plus the console is lol! Edit: ok the grip + the console is about an inch wide ( maybe 1 & 1/16 actually) I will let you know if I find one
As far as I know there isn’t one. The best thing I think you could do for now is maybe pro the switch up on something to get it up a little closer to eye level. That may help. Sorry I wish I had a better answer for you
Be careful with Satisfye when importing to Europe, their invoices lack shipping costs (which they are legally obliged to). Hence the shipping company will "guess" shipping costs, which are always much higher than actual costs. Custom costs were €40,- more than it would be if they did specify the right costs. But it gets worse, I only need an invoice stating the shipping costs, but after a few emails back and forth, Satisfye stopped replying and I still haven't received my invoice. I do have a €100,- grip which is too big for my hands though.

Yes it will. I just received mine and I have an animal crossing edition switch and I noticed while sliding it in it DEFINITELY does push your joycons up and even worse itll scratch the sides of your joycon. Highly recommend going with a different grip that won't potentially damage your joycons or break your joycon railings.

revengefulgh0st If you mean The joy cons physically coming detached from the switch unit itself, yes. I think this grip would help that for sure. Most of the pressure you apply with your hands goes to the grip instead of the joy cons themselves and like I said in the video it holds everything in place very very well. Hope that helps!! 🙏🏻
Does the Lite grip version technically fit into the pro case? I bought the stand alone grip and now the only single cases are for the pro so I was wondering I could just buy that case so I can use my regular and lite switch in it?
Your videos are quality content, thank you. Still great to watch even though i already have the elite bundle for the switch lite that i'm loving. The case can also hold a passport, credit cards and some coins in the smaller zip compartment for travelling or one can throw a wallet into the battery compartment. It even holds my bulky Bose wireless earphones and my S9 phone without issues with the console inside. I have only 2 gripes: #1 the case is too outstanding to travel in public transport, makes you an easy target for crime. Hence the intention i bought the case to travel on holiday is also.... It is still convenient with best protection for the console but i use occassionally only now and use a small trendy recycle sling bag more so it looks less obvious and have the thumbsticks face outward to avoid smashing when walking and carry in hand with crowds. #2 Case is nice to sling on the shoulder but the zip opens other way, its an awkward position to reach for the console unless you have a surface to rest it on. However if they did design it other way the durability would be compromised as a part of the zipper would run alongside the handle which would warp with age and weight. Oh well....
Great review! is there a grip where you can leave the switch and play in table top mode without the joycons? sometimes is embarrassing when my switch falls back.
I wouldn't bother. The company is a lot of hype and marketing. The product is fine but nothing special. In fact, for many, it will be uncomfortably wide and even with the newer rubber guards may risk scratching your joy-con.

Definitely did. Made an impulse purchase cause playing the switch lite gripless was giving me hand cramps. This definitely relieved a lot concern.

I really like the Satisfye grip for my Switch Lite, but the 1 complaint that I have is the rubber tabs wreck my Slickwraps skin.

Yes it will. I just received mine and I have an animal crossing edition switch and I noticed while sliding it in it DEFINITELY does push your joycons up and even worse itll scratch the sides of your joycon. Highly recommend going with a different grip that won't potentially damage your joycons or break your joycon railings.
What is the weight of the Satisfye Grip for the Lite?

revengefulgh0st If you mean The joy cons physically coming detached from the switch unit itself, yes. I think this grip would help that for sure. Most of the pressure you apply with your hands goes to the grip instead of the joy cons themselves and like I said in the video it holds everything in place very very well. Hope that helps!! 🙏🏻
Does the Lite grip version technically fit into the pro case? I bought the stand alone grip and now the only single cases are for the pro so I was wondering I could just buy that case so I can use my regular and lite switch in it?
I can check and see. I think it would fit but possibly not because of the way it’s molded.
Your videos are quality content, thank you. Still great to watch even though i already have the elite bundle for the switch lite that i'm loving. The case can also hold a passport, credit cards and some coins in the smaller zip compartment for travelling or one can throw a wallet into the battery compartment. It even holds my bulky Bose wireless earphones and my S9 phone without issues with the console inside.
I have only 2 gripes:
#1 the case is too outstanding to travel in public transport, makes you an easy target for crime. Hence the intention i bought the case to travel on holiday is also.... It is still convenient with best protection for the console but i use occassionally only now and use a small trendy recycle sling bag more so it looks less obvious and have the thumbsticks face outward to avoid smashing when walking and carry in hand with crowds.
#2 Case is nice to sling on the shoulder but the zip opens other way, its an awkward position to reach for the console unless you have a surface to rest it on. However if they did design it other way the durability would be compromised as a part of the zipper would run alongside the handle which would warp with age and weight. Oh well....

is there a grip where you can leave the switch and play in table top mode without the joycons? sometimes is embarrassing when my switch falls back.
I’m not sure actually. The satisfye will stand on its own but the joycons need to be in the grip to so it stays in place

I wouldn't bother. The company is a lot of hype and marketing. The product is fine but nothing special. In fact, for many, it will be uncomfortably wide and even with the newer rubber guards may risk scratching your joy-con.
