Unless you're from a seriously messed up place like Haiti or Central African republic you have no business moving to Brasil. I'm Brazilian and I would rather live in Ukraine
As someone whose from the US. What makes Brazil so bad? The culture, aesthetics, people, everything seems beautiful. I do believe many places have there problems. My home city of Albuquerque has a very similar homicide rate to Rio de Janeiro so I’m genuinely just curious.
@@dazyt._.t corruption. 2 out of 3 murderers are not caught, armed robbery is extremely common, people who do heinous crimes do not spend too much time in jail, seven out of ten will do it again, so someone who would get the death penalty in America would get 17 years max in Brazil and do it again, plenty of criminals will straight up not get arrested for more than a year. Plus Brazil has the highest corporate tax rate in the world, members of the judiciary will constantly give themselves raises and vacations so good luck if you need them and you will because the country is extremely bureaucratic, there's a tax for everything and they're always making up new ones, public services are terrible , and all those aesthetics are great if you're rich. There are definitely worse places, but I don't see a single reason why would a middle class person from a first world country move to Brazil. Brazilian culture is corruption and selfishness, we have competent people that carry the country but that's a minority. Don't trust any information coming from the brazilian government, the last 6 governors of Rio have been arrested for corruption, none of them are in jail anymore obviously, so I'm pretty sure whatever data you read is a lie. Watch "Tropa de Elite" to see how that compares to Albuquerque.
@@dazyt._.t I wrote you an answer a month ago but apparently it got censored. So I'm just going to say a sequence of words: Government, bad, violence, big, tax, high, getting, worse.
The best thing for me was being born here. I have friends from all over the world, and have traveled to most continents, yet can’t seem to want to live anywhere else.
@@TorTheWeirdo I lived in Minas my entire life, in a city with a high HDI and good life quality compared to the rest of the country. Even so, I hate it.

It’s not your country. It’s probably the state or city you were born in.
