Ggg so true! I had a friend that has a son with autism who specialized in healing through nutrition. Her son is in his 20’s and has no symptoms. She also said that same doctor hardly ever sees the same results because the parents are not willing to go through the process of healing with food.

I wish I could get my niece to be more like you people.... her son has real bad ADDhyperactive and is developmentally delayed.... it's a long story but she had him on all kinds of disgusting medications for his asthma and all kinds of antibiotics that destroyed his gut flora for years... I tried to educate her and was sending her info and videos but she didn't want to watch anything... in the end I had to basically cut it down to only just talking to her on holidays to say hello because of the way she was destroying her child.... yes she made some changes but not enough .
Now her son is about 10 years old and he doesn't want to wear any clothing.... as soon as he comes home from school he strips down and won't wear even underwear because everything hurts his skin and I know it's from all the chemicals he was on .

For example I would never order a pizza from most American chain stores.... full of chemicals , preservatives... all kinds of junk.... most of them don't even use real cheese but some non dairy product with GMO soy

Food is important for good health. Also, prayer goes a long way with depression, but, you got to have the faith . After all, God made our brain s and our whole body for that matter. Use common sense in your diet and everything else you do , because stress is bad for us too .

I am sure this is the way to go but the majority of Americans can not afford salmon, oysters etc. Carbs are cheap. I generally eat well but to be honest I don't feel any better either way other than putting on an extra ten pounds when I eat to many carbs. I ate vegan for three mouths and I always felt hungry I missed real protean.. I exercise ever day and eat will its working for me.

30% of depressed people get better in 3 months with no treatment. That’s a repeated finding in research. So 32% of those on this special diet get better? That’s not a significant difference. What’s making the people feel better? We don’t know yet for sure.
Looking for the solid research. Nothing mentioned in this video fits that. Looking forward to the results of real clinical trials.
