I'm on a budget. Bought the drone on its own. And another battery. That'll do for me. I bought mini 2 full kit and hardly used it all. I'm trying to pack this all into a small travel kit. I'll see how it goes. Thanks for watching. Cheers.
Gonna try and get out later and shoot 1080/60 and 4k. It is only a 1/2 inch sensor so not sure how far dji can push image quality even with a firmware update. Keep an eye out and I'll post asap. Thx

@Life_of_John Hi John, Yes I got the flymore package with the controller. I haven't used the controller yet. I have only done short flights in my backyard using the Neo alone and with the phone. It has been too wet and windy to do much more in our early spring southern hemisphere weather.
Very good picture quality on the camera John and I also like the propeller guard's because when drones crash it's the propellers always get destroyed first nice product.
Love mine (first drone) but should have bought the combo, had to buy extra batteries and the controller to change picture quality settings and versatility. I’m aiming to use mine for travel and motorcycle touring… PS. DJI are already out of stock for batteries.

Ideal. Don't even need a controller. Shame the mini 2 controller doesn't work with the neo. I'd love the goggles but they are so expensive. Good luck. Enjoy flying.

Ah, that is the question. At the moment I have no controller. And the app has limited settings. I'm hoping they add more features to the app. I don't want to buy a controller. I wanted to travel light. That was the idea in me buying this drone. Connect to phone, use app, alter settings, go fly. I'll be peed off if you need a controller as well! Thanks for watching. Edit - I'd imagine anytime you alter controller or app, it connects to drone and updates that. That'll stay as is until altered again. For instance, if I alter height or distances in app, it updates drone. It stays like that.
@@dubinatub1 I've heard the knack is to stay still. Don't move. If you move it thinks you are not stopping. If you stay still it thinks you want it to land.
Mine wasn't se. Eventually took 240 uk pounds for it. There are lots for sale on ebay. I could of held on for a bit more. But the tech is getting old and feel it was time to sell before price drops more and more. Don't get me wrong, the buyer has got a good bit of kit. Just not for me anymore. Hope that helps.

@Life_of_John Just tried the remote. You can adjust the sharpness down to -2, and alter the noise reduction. That's about it.
@@Euro_Nymphing_NZ Video quality any better? Prob is its a half inch sensor. But being able to reduce sharpness is a start. Then edit in post.
