Eliukcory Looking good. Makes me think of so many idea with your build half way! Really excellent! actually if you wouldn’t mind giving a number of dimensions when you have a tape handy it would help me judge distances while I sketch out ideas if you have time to entertain my crazy. Here’s a list of things I just guess about: -size of rear window -back of seat to back of cab Top of rim to bottom of front wheel well -size of cabfront to back -Back of cab to habitat box -original length of habitat -Length with adddition -ground to bottom of habitat -frame rail to edge of habitat -size if your snazzy tool box! Every one trying to figure out a ideas will use this key to make plans!! Ha! Thanks it’s really cool to live vicariously through your world! An Idea that I had that might work well for you is a windch that is attached to a 2” insert potentially with a swivel that could be stored in the tool box and put on the front, or back or even another vehicle with a plug at those locations and. A set of jumper cables with a plug attachment to jump others from the back or the front and to attach the winch to someone’s battery posts if used on another vehicle. You Just need to remove the bike carrier from the front to use! Add an insert on the back if there isn’t one. + plugs. Just an idea! Keep up the good work!
Awesome build. I was wondering what the building you parked it in was cause in New York it’s way to expensive to build a barn and it looks like that plastic building would be good option for me. Thanks and I’ll continue to follow the build
Hey Jeffco - Thanks for all the posted info on your build - it looks great! I have alot of questions but up front is: Can you describe the fold out deck construction? I have been on several sites looking for information on this model of M1079 and can't find anything. I think its a great idea and plus the possibility of a retractable awning. Again, thanks for posting.
Jeff, that looks like an Apple Watch on your arm and if so there is a pretty good DB meter in the watch. It is set up to warn you if you are in an environment that is too loud. You can also down load Sound level apps for almost all smart phones.
You would be very hard pressed to get 5 in this cab. Maybe if you did sideways jump seats behind driver and passenger and then another center? But with a jeep bench 4 is probably max.
I paid 21k for the truck alone, you have to keep ontop of craigslist and Ebay until you find a good one. I looked on and off for over 6 months before I found the right one.
Is it registered for on road use in Colorado, or in another state? I'm planning my own build but fear getting it registered in Colorado may prove difficult.
7:08 I always stick a lighter in between the cup holder and the container
So awesome can’t wait to go camping

Good Job 👍 Looks great
Thank you Thomas
Building one of these is a dream of mine. I might start with converting an ambulance first
Ambulances make great overland rigs. Do it.

Is that the engine fan that kicked on at 9:40?
Yes it is. It’s quite loud
@@jeffcobuilds2660 You know of any modifications that can be done to quiet that down abit? Such as a different fan?????

Thanks for the tip!
Great! Congratulations! Looks and sounds great!
It there any sway at all?
It will be good to see how you plumb, wire, heat, power the living space.
stay tuned cabinets are showing up soon then I'll be doing those things!!
How many people will fit in that cab? I'd like to put 5 total. Can that be done?
You would be very hard pressed to get 5 in this cab. Maybe if you did sideways jump seats behind driver and passenger and then another center? But with a jeep bench 4 is probably max.
@@jeffcobuilds2660 you have a jeep bench? Thanks
Yes the middle seat in mine is a cj5 rear seat I think I talk about it in some of my early vids. Fits perfect!
@@jeffcobuilds2660 awesomeness thank you. Are you on FB or anything I can chat with you on?
No sorry just RUclips
Nice looking rig. What tarp canopy did you get? $?
You need inflate the tires to avoid the tilt effect and front steering shock replace it with safe-T-plus
Is that a coot next to it?
Curious if you have a way to your truck after the build? I just weighed mine and it's 22,900 with me in it and the motorcycle on the back.
If memory serves me right I weighed in at 23,000
I want to see a les scraggly beard!
Is your middle seat from a Jeep TJ?
I believe that seat is for Cj-Yj Jeep’s.
@@jeffcobuilds2660 thought it looked familiar.... good idea
How much did the truck cost?? I haven’t had much luck finding a decent one.
Yes it is registered as an RV in Colorado. I purchased it in another state and it was plated there first so I only had to have a VIN inspection done.
Obviously, artificially flavored blue berries are out of season, when there is snow on the ground…
Did you need a CDL license?
No you don’t, being registered as an Rv cdl is not required.
360p resolution?
ill have to check the go pro and make sure its on 1080 ooops...
